“I reserved a 15' foot truck for a one way trip to the other side of town. When I arrived to pick up the truck the employees were ready to look up my reservation and answered any questions I had. The check in was easy and fast. The new online vehicle inspection was handy because the truck I rented had one more mile than the reports indicated, it was easy to photograph and document discrepencies between the online documentation and the what I was looking at.”

“Justin is the MAN.
I got a trailer hitch installed on my van by Uhaul. The wiring ended up having an issue, so I came back to have it looked at. I did not have an appointment, but I needed it fixed asap. Justin went above and beyond to help me in a timely manner. This man is skilled, hard working, and dedicated to his job.
It's not just the install that I am happy with, it is the way that Justin handled the issue. He went out of his way to help me, even though I know it was an inconvenience. This is some quality customer service! Thanks again Justin!

“I just want to leave my opinion because I had a lot of difficulty choosing my moving company from Portland Or to New York City.
Everything I looked for had terrible reviews and many quotes were extremely expensive, until they suggested the option of renting a U-Box from U-Haul.
I can only be grateful that this service exists in a country as large as the United States. Everything worked perfectly and through the app we were able to schedule everything in detail. I recommend it 100%.”

“Amber was amazing. She helped me even though the jerk at the Beaverton u-haul refused to rent to me. I am a long time customer but he refused because I lost my temporary tag and therefore didn’t have a license plate. On top of that, he was rude about it… I will always drive the extra distance to go to the Tigard store moving forward, no matter where I’m coming from or going to.”

“I use this budget location anytime I need a truck or larger vehicle and I have to admit I am a handful of a customer. I often need the vehicle longer than I originally thought and this team is beyond patient with me. And I appreciate that so much because it's not that I intend to be late but that's what seems to happen and they haven't 86 me yet! They're also the most reasonable rate for a rental truck in the area so they will continue to get my business even though they may rather not!”

“The staff in Rentals at Parkrose Hardware made it very easy to reserve a U-Haul Cargo Van, and Joe was also very helpful in checking the Van in. It's also nice that there is a U-Haul location at this West Linn Parkrose Hardware store so one does not have to travel a long distance to get a Van.”
