“Let me share what rockstars this group of gents are. I knew I was going to soon need a brake job and so I had called around and done some research (my father is a retired mechanic and fabricator, so I try to follow his advice) and I felt this place hit all the check marks...price, time, location and amazing customer service.
When I arrived, the shop was spotless. Not that it matters, but to do the work that they do and to keep the shop and themselves so tidy, it says they care about the quantity and appearance. BTW they also have the sweetest shop dog, who I fell in love with.
They finished replacing all my brakes and rotors in the a reasonable amount of time and even helped with a surprise issue.... someone had actually CUT my emergency brake cable and taken the time to ziptie it to my frame so I wouldn't know. Theirfix of this surprise issue was not a money maker for them less than an hour labor and an $80 part. So I don't feel taken advantage of.
What really blows me away is I had just had my car to the dealership who tried to tell me I needed a bunch of service things, which I had actually already done. These gentlemen were honest. I have already given there name to a number of friends who are soon in need of brakes and tires.”
“I had an amazing experience with Factory Wheel Outlet. After another shop(Wheelkraft NW) told me it was “impossible” to match the color of my center caps because they’re plastic, I came here looking for help—and they proved that wrong immediately.
They told me it was actually very easy to match the color, and they got it done perfectly in just one day. The center caps now match my wheels exactly, you honestly can’t tell any difference at all.
On top of that, the staff was professional, helpful, and actually willing to find a solution instead of just turning me away. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
I really wish I had come here first, especially since they also offer wheel repair like bends and curb rash. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs quality wheel work done right.”
“Highly recommended! I brought in my own new tires, and they had all 4 installed in just 15- 20 minutes perfectly. Great prices, and the entire team is professional, friendly, and helpful.”

“I would 100% recommend this place they do great service I called other location here in Canby and this place beat it by almost $500. I will go there next time i need tires.”
“Jayden was a HUGE blessing to me yesterday. I went in expecting to get a tire repaired, but ended up having to replace the whole thing. I was assisted in picking a tire which I’ve previously purchased in the past and will definitely return to this location to get the other 3 replaced soon! Thank you Jayden and the Discount Tire team!!”
“These guys are some of the best group of people. They each were so friendly. They had smiles on their faces. They went above and beyond to help us get back on the road and it didn't take them long to figure out the problem. They didn't have the part we needed so one of the guys drove down to Wilco to get the part. We need more people like this in our world and serving in our businesses.”
“Walked in 15 minutes till close and asked for a rotate and they still helped me. Definitely thought they would say no but they proved me wrong.
I have never had an issue with this location.”
“Ace, Jacob and all the tire guys did great today helping me with the hubcap replacements. Everyone was polite and professional. My car looks brand new! Thank you all!”
“Great experience, great crew, great result. Pablo even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. After tires, ball joints, tie rod ends, and alignment, my pickup handles like new again!”
“The Les Schwab on Powell Blv has always been my go-to place when my car needed something. It's mostly due to the wonderful people who work there. Jori, one of their associates, was exceptional today. Her patience, and expertise found the problem immediately, and an hour later everything was solved, and I was back on the road. This kind of service has, and always will keep me a loyal customer!”
“Such a great experience! While we were waiting, we watched one of the men sit down at a table with an elderly lady, and he slowly explained everything they had done to fix her car, the costs, etc. it was exactly how I would want my mom to be treated.”
“Had an appointment to replace all four tires and they were done in an hour. I was prepared to wait 1 1/2-2hrs as I have waited that long at other places before. Highly recommend and their tire prices are very good.”
“Trustworthy.
Super busy... while it took 2.5 hrs to get a flat repaired, at no time did I see anyone not working fast and hard to get people serviced as quickly as possible - quality and safety was paramount at each step of the way. Waiting area was by far the best of any similar type service center. The service was amongst the best and the cost hard to beat. I don't know why folks would consider any other tire center... even while Costco may have better pricing on the big name brands and offer great service but it's hard to beat the 110% you get from Les Schwab.
That was my first review nearly 20 years ago.
STILL TRUSTING LES SCHWAB ALL THEAE YEARS LATER.
So while we always buy our suv road tires at Costco for their top tier service, quality products, and best pricing, we still ALWAYS go to Les Schwab for our travel trailer tires, travel trailer brake service, and regular alignment of our Kia Sorento SX and Volvo XC60. We also trusted them to do a $2600 axle replacement on our travel trailer...
Truly they are amongst the very best.
My HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION”
“Walked in for a tire repair in a Wednesday and was helped right away and got out relatively quick. Everything was about 30-45 mins total. Perhaps it was just a slow day but regardless The quick service was much appreciated!”
“Update: we took the tire back and they gave us a different tire at no cost and they apologized.
Got tires on my daughter car yesterday on my way home her tire pressure light came on. The next morning she went to work and it was completely flat. We changed her tire and when we took the tire off it had a big hole in it that was patched with a piece of another tire.”
“Excellent service center for tires, wheel alignment, and brake check-ups. A few years ago I ordered Geolandar A/T G015 tires for my Subaru from them and they’ve been working great. If you have been a repeat customer there, they treat you as a regular and offer free tire inflation. They also very kindly checked my brakes free of charge. Although it’s a chain business, it still feels family-run. I’m grateful to have them in my neighborhood.”
“My second visit to this establishment. Fantastic job and price. Had winter change over, on a Sunday. Shop was busy, but they took really Good care of me. Took off my regular tires, and put Studless snow tires on. I Highly recommend this place.”
“Had an amazing experience here! Typically it takes over an hour to get any work done, not here. They fit me right in and rotated my tires. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. Would highly recommend them.”
“Les Schwab is still number 1 for quality, customer service, timeliness, and warranty.
In terms of cost, you get what you pay for, and at Les Schwab, even though I had to buy the more affordable brand, I still feel confident in the amount of life I will get from them with the free tire rotation, it makes all the difference!!!”
“Les Schwab has always been a good go to for tires & rims in these areas. Rightfully so, they take care of all my company vehicles & personal. This location is just another great store, with friendly knowledgeable staff & employees. They actually do come out running to help you, how can you not like & respect that!!
Shop employees & office are just good people that actually care about getting you back on the road.
You cant go wrong at this location or the one up Division on 166th. Both Great stores!
5-STARS!
Thanks you Guys & Ladies 🤙

“Great service, I had very small nail in my tire I wasn’t able to find it myself and my tire was going low on pressure after a month of driving.
I stopped to fix my tire. They located leak pretty quickly and get my tire fixed fast.
Will recommend them if you need to fix or replace your tires.”
“I arrived right as Les Schwab opened, and Caleb was friendly and got me checked in right away. Car trouble always makes me anxious, but the team reassured me they would take care of it and have it finished the same day.
While I waited, Alan explained what my car needed, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the day on parts and timing. The communication and customer service were excellent.
It's been a few days since the repair, and my car is running great. Thanks to Caleb, Alan, and the team for making a stressful situation so much easier! Highly recommend.”

“I'm shocked that the average rating is less than 4.5, and should be closer to a 5. The staff are stellar. They went out of their way to help me when I was in a huge bind and kept costs to a minimum. They are extremely trustworthy, very hardworking, efficient, couteous, down to earth, and great communicators. You get the feeling they care deeply about their work and their customers.”
