“Had an issue with an Energy E5 amp shutting down after appx 20 minutes of rocking my Polk R700 towers and R400 center. Spoke with company manager on the phone about possible reasons such as the Polk's being mis-labeled as 8ohm speakers when they are actually 4ohm but they agreed to switch my amp with a complete new one free of charge. AMAZING customer service that is almost extinct in today's business world. EXTREMELY impressed. New amp is rocking just fine, looks and sounds amazing! Amp also has the most robust/high quality speaker connection terminals I have ever seen on home audio gear. If you are looking for a company that knows what they are talking about and stands behind their gear, look no further. Cheers to all at the Aperion Audio team.”
