“Order: Pick Up for 2 bottles of Viarae Prosecco (Issa Rae's new Prosecco) $19 a piece. Pros: This Target has the bottles ready for pick up. My order was ready under the 2 hour mark. I will say I passed 2 targets, actually went to one, and they did not have these bottles availble in stock. I had to drive an hour away to pick up the bottles.Cons: after picking up my bottles from the counter, I decided to go see if there were other bottles available. Unfortunately, the bottles weren't on the floor or on any end cap, which was bizarre.”

“I can't rate the staff because they frequently change, and cannot share my opinion due to personal ties, but I will state an unbiased fact: the company that runs this Verizon location Cellular Plus will do what is right when it comes to taking care of their customers. Their employees are taught NEVER to turn you away to a corporate store because the company believes in taking ownership to find you a solution and earning customers for life. In this day and age with AI, Chats and people on the other end of the line not understanding the problem, as opposed to having a real person with great attitude serving the consumer is rare so really wanted to appreciate his work. “I've seen the negative reviews from the past but they have a new manager now, Renaldo (I think I got his name right). He is amazingly knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly, and great with customers. I would recommend you go there. I do not work there or have any other connection other than getting great service from him and observing him serve other customers a few days ago.!”

“I went into this location tonight pretty disgruntled from my day, and letting off my steam towards the employees with my current issue (that wasn’t even their fault, but my phone being buggy). Addy quickly addressed it, apologized for any inconvenience even though it was out of there hands, and went above and beyond assisting me with my phone, doing network resets, updates, everything I wouldn’t have known to do. They also gave me alternative ways to solve my problem if this didn’t work. All I can say is I AM IMPRESSED. She and her assistant manager (Jessica I believe, sorry I’m terrible with names) could have easily said it wasn’t their problem and sent me on my way, instead they took over an hour helping me diagnose my problems, find solutions, and even saved me tons of money on the side by switching to their internet too. This kind of customer service is unheard of now. I am beyond pleased, and left with a huge smile on my face. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, that being said addy deserves a raise! They even gave me a new screen protector since mine had broken. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I played all the scenarios of how it could go in my head before coming in, I didn’t expect to get this kind of commitment. A+++ :)”

“I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!”

“I’ve gone in to this T-Mobile store twice in the last month, and both times had phenomenal customer service. I originally stopped in to see how much a new phone would cost and was assisted by James and Isaac J. They ended up helping me figure out something on my bill that had been an ongoing issue for 14 months, that I had asked about at 3 other stores but hadn’t gotten a resolution. They spent over an hour on the phone with customer care with me to make sure I was taken care of. When we were ready to purchase, we bypassed the store near our house to return to Oak Grove since they had been so helpful. We were assisted by Isaac W and the district manager Chris, and we recieved some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. They spent time making sure we were getting the absolute best deal. I will probably never go to a different at T-Mobile store and will drive out of my way to come here. The staff will give you one on one attention and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all so much!!!”

The rep understood what I wanted and put a plan together with the internet and Directv. I have to say your in-person customer service is excellent. Much better than the customer service I get on the phone. I will be doing all of my transactions in person at the Bridgeport store.”

“I went into this store overwhelmed & upset about losing a lot of important information on my phone. T-Mobile itself could only do so much. My hope to recover the items faded. Noah saw this. He step out of just doing all a T-Mobile employee could do. As a person he went over & beyond in helping me do anything I could to recover what he could see was important to me. His effort to try truly changed my day. The act of kindness he showed gave me hope again in that moment. Regardless if it could be fixed. Seeing someone serve others selflessly is rare. “Rafael and Becsx were very helpful. They went above and beyond to solve a problem that was a time consuming problem to solve. They did everything they could to fix it including calling management to get more advise on what they could do solve the issue. After it was all settled they even waived any fee that would normally have been included for transferring an old phone number with a different carrier to the current carrier. Rafael even came in to the store after receiving the call from Becsx on How to resolve the matter.”
