“A store full of randomness. Kind of messy, overfilled with items really. A retail treasure hunt of sorts. They carry all sorts of random things. Blankets, furniture, cookware, wrapping paper toys, etc. Interesting place”
“A great TJ maxx! Everything was so clean and organized. I didn’t come with a set idea on what I would buy exactly but I ended up with some really good quality clothing pieces. Cute blouses, and pants. I typically have a hard time finding clothes I like that check off all the boxes, i.e good fitting pants and blouses, the style I was looking for, decently priced. Will definitely come back to this location even if I have to drive out of my way to get here. The only reason I knocked it off one star was because the bathroom was dirty and smelly ?. Benefit of the doubt… could’ve just went in during a smelly time lol and im pretty sensitive with smells. So. Yeah.”
“I have most of my exp buying from this company online and at the Salem store. I’ve been to the new location once and loved it. I truly value local brands and this one should have a special place in the community. I will share a couple examples. My son and I roll into the store so I could buy a couple new hats for the year, before I buy anything the sales associate lets my son grab some stickers for his water bottle.
There was another instance around Black Friday the company ran a special, it was something to the effect of spend x dollars get an x dollar e-gift card. Months later I go looking for said e-gift card and can’t find it. I then send whatever poor customer service rep on a quest to find it claiming it was never sent…. Long story short they found it, I had made a typo on my email and they made the situation right while maintaining a positive attitude and sending it to the correct email.
These people have small town fishy vibes in a big city. Proud of the growth the company has been able to achieve.”
“I appreciate being able to use my Rewards Points to get a lower gas price. I asked to get my windshield washed because I am short and can't reach the middle without getting my clothes wet. The attendant did it and was friendly, but he sure did a lousy job.”

“This is one of the smallest Ross stores I've been in. So logic will tell you that the selection is not the best. The times I've been in the store has always been clean and feels pretty organized. I just strike out a lot on what I am looking for in regards to selection.”

“Hey, just want to pass on big time kudos to store manager Kimber of the Tigard, OR store in Bridgeport Village mall.
I visited the store looking for a Lodge shirt, but then started talking with Kimber about Sir Pendleton shirts. I still wear the one I purchased 30-40 years ago, and still keep an eye out for them. Knowing how scarce they are, Kimber took it upon herself to check the entire system, and found seven. She offered to order two sizes for me as I was between a Large and an XL and have them shipped to the Bridgeport location. I was visiting my son and his wife and we had to start our return trip before the shirts arrived, but Kimber offered to ship them to my home as soon as she received them
When they arrived at her store on a Friday, Kimber must have immediately put them in the mail to me because they arrived in California on Monday afternoon. Talk about staying on top of the situation! Thanks so much for the fantastic customer service...as topnotch as the Pendleton quality. By the way, I kept both shirts.”

“I just had a great experience at the jeweler at the Fred Meyer store in Canby. The jeweler that took care of me was Teagan and she was simply excellent if you want any watch repairs to buy a new watch or jewelry please come into the Canby store ask for Teagan and she will take great care of you.”

“Great pharmacy besides the difficulty of getting someone on the phone because of their automated system (dial 0 to the first automated voice prompt then another 0 after that to reach a person). They take OHP & GoodRX, all of the staff are Very helpful, if you need a prescription ready sooner they are usually able to accommodate your needs, they answer any questions you have and communicate very well with the prescribing physicians to solve any miscommunications or problems. In early 2024 they took on all of Rite Aid's customers but they handled it well and are back to working really efficiently just as before.”
“One-stop shopping, and prices are competitive. They also do not have the gimmicks like clip coupons, buy five and get a savings, or signing up for a club card in order to get a better price.”
“Nicest Walmart experience in Portland area! After shopping at the two Walmart's on SE 82nd for years, I'm absolutely amazed at how much cleaner and better organized this store is. It was hard to believe it's a Walmart! For the first time ever, I purchased lots of gorgeous produce: cherry tomatoes, lemons, limes, sweet peppers, carrots and fresh spinach. All looked great! I felt safe shopping here as opposed to the SE location which is sometimes sketchy. While here I perused the housewares, paper goods, and seasonal departments to check out the inventory. And picked up some Avia brand leggings and workout tops, all fashionable and between $12.99-17.99. They are fleece lined and feel so good against my skin. Perfect for walking in this current cold weather. Used the self checkout which was huge and well managed with 3 reps who were quite alert, helpful and friendly. The Front doors have large in and out arrows to keep people socially distanced. Sanitizer is available. Huge parking lot right out front. Curbside pickup offered for online purchases. Overall a very nice shopping experience. I will definitely be back! Who, knew?”

“This store always has what I'm looking for! A little bit higher prices but very good service. I didn't shop in the children's clothing department and there were 3 ladies talking (workers) at the shoe department. I asked them to help move a couple of carts out of the way and one turned around and moved them, then turned back and kept talking with all their backs to me!! How lazy and rude!!”
“On my last several visits, I found myself waiting a long time at the locked display cases with no one available to help, which was frustrating. I understand staffing can be a challenge, so I wanted to mention it in case it helps improve things.”

“Very good with assisting you with your prescriptions. A few employees working the counter, however, could use some lessons in Customer Service. I am thinking of one gentlemen in particular, but I will not name him in this review. I do know I have heard other customers express displeasure as well about that particular person. Sadly, that gentleman seems to probably work full-time as it seems, he is always the one at the front counter. Everyone else there has been wonderful. I do think the time it takes to prepare prescriptions that are sent in by doctors could also be done in a more timely manner. It seems the most prescriptions unless they are sent in as urgent are put off until the following day most of the time unless you call and request that they fill it that day if possible. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I have never had an error done on any of my prescriptions. I also like the fact that I can get a prescription delivered as well if there is no way, I can get there to get it. There has been a lot of improvement lately. So thank you for that.”
