That was automated call tree to voicemail in less than 20 seconds; I can live with that. Bill got back to me a few days later and got me the screws. He sent me 4 free of charge. “A store full of randomness. Kind of messy, overfilled with items really. A retail treasure hunt of sorts. They carry all sorts of random things. Blankets, furniture, cookware, wrapping paper toys, etc. Interesting place”

“Purchased an Olive Link from Kershaw site that had a funny noise. Brought it in to the Warranty-Sharpening desk at Factory in Tualatin. They acknowledged the problem but they don't do returns there, just warranty work and sharpening. One of the guys there was nice enough to bring me to the front desk and the issue was resolved by the very nice receptionist in 60 seconds. That is why I keep buying from Kershaw.”
