“My dog's new favorite place. Lived a long time, with many fur babies, and was an animal rescue volunteer... This is the best pet supply store I've been to.
I love that every food item they carry seems (I've checked lots) to all be natural, healthy, and responsibly made. Bins are at floor level too, and my baby dog is not only allowed to sniff and shop and select his treats, but is whole-heartedly encouraged. They only employee true animal lovers here, and it shows.
There's a toy room. There's a wide selection of special cat litters for people and kitties with allergies or compromised lungs or kidneys. Restricted diet products, supplements, and water additives stocked, along with a wide selection of high-quality foods. If you can't find something you need, they will order it for you. Rewards programs applied, sign up and it's tracked automatically with your tel#, no receipts needed.
Great customer service -- the cat roller ball I got didn't work on carpet, and just as they promised, bringing it back clean with the packaging intact got me a full refund and another option.
I've also used their grooming service there once so far...toe nails trimmed, clean shiny dog, no bulldog drama!! Lol
(Note: though they have reptile, arachnid, and frog habitat supplies, they do not sell live crickets, just FYI for those looking for them.)”

“I was going to give four stars because there are a lot of products they don't carry that I like. But that's not an excuse to give them four stars. As far as service goes they get five! Everyone is friendly and always helpful. They know you when you come in the door and they give your dog a treat. And I usually go to more of holistic types of pet places for food. I used to go to unleashed by Petco but they all closed. And I like the variety of things you can find. But PetSmart is coming up in the world of alternative products. I'm very glad they are within walking distance from my home. Thank you for your help, your treats, your return policies, and your dog adoption days.

Update: I wish I knew the name of the associate that helped me last night. I was having a crisis and they were closing in 5 minutes. She helped me find something for my dog's paw that she licked raw. This could have easily been a $500 emergency bill. I changed her food and put on this cream and no more licking!

“I use to have my doggies groomed at Bowser’s Bath and decided I would give the new owners, Fluff’d Grooming, a try. I LOVE them!! I am always greeted with a cheery hello!
I found Amanda early on and she is my go to gal!! She works magic with my senior doggie!!!!— He is clean, happy, and beautiful when I come back to pick him up. She is so careful with him and knows where he aches and takes such good care of him. She trims him exactly as I ask for. Amanda goes the extra mile and cares so much. She alerted me to a growth I didn’t know he had and I was able to get him to the doctor and have it taken care of. She goes out of her way and follows up to make sure he and I are both ok. She went through the death of my other doggie with me and helped me so very much. She provides the sweetest pictures of my doggie… all cute with a seasonal bow or hat. I adore these souvineers so much! Jack always has a cute seasonal scarf on when I pick him up!! . I HIGHLY recommend Fluff’d Grooming and Amanda to anyone looking for a great grooming experience!!! “I needed to take a moment today and express my sincere gratitude to the Cat Adoption Team. We have been looking for the right kitty for a little while now. We were so happy when we heard about Kitten Palooza and immediately got involved in hopes of getting to adopt. It was just a little hard to find the online application, for adoption, but once we were directed to it, it was quick and simple to fill out. We were approved and made our appointment. I went in knowing what I wanted, and the staff was so nice to ask me questions and help direct us towards potential kitties. The first day, we didn’t find our special kitty. However, i was very impressed by the operation of the event. Although it was fast paced in many ways, there was plenty of staff to help.

The next day we tried again. I had a little sad episode during the 2nd visit. I lost my beloved kitty, that i had had for 18 yrs, last November. It has been incredibly hard after losing her, and, on our second visit, it just hit me that i finally had to accept my dear kitty was gone, and now I’m preparing to start a new journey. I began crying.. me, a grown woman, crying and feeling stupid for doing so. Yet, the staff was SO kind and SO supportive while i was sad. They were incredibly compassionate and very kind! I can’t put in words how much i appreciate how kind they were with me. Truly, the staff here are such loving, wonderful people! I had to call it quits on the second day, but we tried again the 3rd day. Again, the staff was very friendly and helpful on the 3rd visit. Then, we came upon the perfect kitty, looking back at us with her beautiful blue eyes. This was the one..

The adoption process was very easy and i really liked that there was a process to help you learn about what your kitty will need, and how to introduce it to your life and home. I am a very experienced cat owner, but still, the tips were very helpful! Again, all of the staff were absolutely amazing during our adoption process. They were happy and excited for us and our new precious little one!

This was an emotional experience for me, that was made so much easier thanks to the sincere kindness of this team.

This was probably the best introduction to a new pet store we have ever had. We came for her usual wet food and left everything we came for plus three dry food samples for Quasar to try. Wally has separation anxiety and often gets stressed when my wife and I leave the house and are gone for extended periods of time. He doesn’t get along with everyone so leaving him with other people has often been tricky.
Taylor and the team set Wally at ease with cuddles, fun play time and a caring, friendly demeanor.
After arriving home from a trip Wally is happy and relaxed and the house is clean.
They do a fantastic job of communication and letting you know your pup is in good hands when you are away. We would not be able to see family out of state if it wasn’t for Taylor and the team’s pet sitting services.

“I’m only giving this a 4 star to get seen but my real score would be 2. I got my guinea pigs back in July and there was a small box like cage that had 4 guineas, they all looked terribly sick and one of the ones I got had his EAR half bitten. Their cage was incredibly filthy, something you shouldn’t have during those hot months, because flies were all over inside their cage. Soon enough, I had to put one of them down yesterday and I know it was because of these conditions they kept them in. It doesn’t take much to scoop up poop, very depressing experience and I can only wonder how the two other guiena pigs are doing. Rest in peace Ippo 🕊3/21/26”

“Went through a six week training with Arianna at this location. We were an hour away and chose to make the trip anyway. She was very flexible and communicated very clearly. “We have 3 dogs, small (3 yrs), medium (9 yrs) & large (2yrs). The 2yr old has digestive issues. Came in to search for a new food with a good probiotic. It needs to be a food they can all eat, because, have you ever tried feeding your dogs different things? They are just as bad as kids! They eat out of each others bowls. I had done some research before coming in, and was going to try a few different brands. Fortunately, we chanced upon Katie, who is also one of the trainers there. She was very knowledgeable about the foods and had experience with dogs with food allergies & digestion issues. She recommended a food for us to try. Fingers crossed it works!I like going into the store when I need help. Beyond that I shop online and get repeat delivery. Saves time & money!”
