“Nature's Pet Market is much smaller than the big chain stores, but that can be a good thing. They have a great selection of pet foods, treats, accessories, and toys. Also, the staff is quite knowledgeable (unlike the folks at the chain stores!).”

“I was going to give four stars because there are a lot of products they don't carry that I like. But that's not an excuse to give them four stars. As far as service goes they get five! Everyone is friendly and always helpful. They know you when you come in the door and they give your dog a treat. And I usually go to more of holistic types of pet places for food. I used to go to unleashed by Petco but they all closed. And I like the variety of things you can find. But PetSmart is coming up in the world of alternative products. I'm very glad they are within walking distance from my home. Thank you for your help, your treats, your return policies, and your dog adoption days.

Update: I wish I knew the name of the associate that helped me last night. I was having a crisis and they were closing in 5 minutes. She helped me find something for my dog's paw that she licked raw. This could have easily been a $500 emergency bill. I changed her food and put on this cream and no more licking!
