“I have been visiting this post office a lot lately, and every time I go, I receive amazing customer service and have a great experience. The people here are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the usps products and services. They say hello and look me in the face as they do. I love that. We live in Sherwood, and I have shipped packages all over the place - NC, CO, NY, Bali, Mexico. Everything was great every single time, for easy domestic situations and hard international ones. I am so happy to have a great post office so close to home. Thank you for what you do, Sherwood PO. I appreciate you!”

“Note: they have an hour lunch 1-2 each day where it’s not open.
I don’t think I’ve ever had what I would call a “good experience” at a usps but now that I have been going to this one in Hubbard. WOW. Every time it’s enjoyable, it’s quick and simple. The people that work here especially the male worker (he is the main person I have experienced) is amazing. Kind, helpful, respectful and just a joy of a person. You can tell he cares and takes pride in his work. Even gave my kid a children’s book one time when my wife went in. I wish all government business ran like this.”

“What a treat to have such an engaging and helpful postal worker. I wish I had gotten his name but he was a delight! He directed me to the downtown location for passport services and they had horrible customer services. FYI- it appears neither do passport services. You’ll need to make appointment online.”

“I had a issue with a package that a mom and pop usps store had sent for me - somehow off of my printed address label - to dunkirk,oh , the woman got canby, OR. My fault for not checking but I had handed her my address label - anyhow - Chris (don't know his last name) at the canby, OR location was able to watch for my box and told me he would call me when it came in as undeliverable since the address didn't exist - he called just now and it is on it's way back to me!! Thank you Chris!! You are awesome!!
