Prudy Munson also worked in the office and always answered the phone when we called. This is really important when you're buying a home on a timeline and needed things to go through on time. Rachel has retired but the person who has taken her place has contacted us to make sure we had her contact info in case we needed it. Umpqua Bank has done an excellent job on our mortgage. I would definitely use them again if I needed another loan.”

I didn't even realize i'd been hacked until Wells' Fraud Detection department alerted me. I am so grateful. My accounts were immediately put on hold and a new account was set up. Unfortunately I didn't have the new acct # and I needed access so I wouldn't default on bills set up with auto pay. I went to a regular teller window thinking I'd have to wait for an account manager but Jason (you are a wonderful wonderful person, Jason) was able to take care of all of my questions and patiently set me up so I could start my tedious recovery process. I've been a Well Fargo customer for decades and they have never let me down. Thanks Well Fargo!”
