“I scheduled an appointment online, ordered the tires online and paid beforehand. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and so was someone else for all 4 tires to be changed. Check in took about 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the tires I had ordered and sent to their location. There was only one service member for both appointments. I was told I would be waiting about 1hr-1.5hrs for my car AND the car that got there at the same time as me, at 11:30 it was finally my turn when I see they’re looking for something in my car. Turns out I have a special lug nut key that I didn’t know about and they couldn’t find it so they told me there was nothing they could do and I would need to come back. I was obviously quiet upset and went to my car to look for what they were talking about. Luckily I found it before I drove away and they were able to switch the tires after all. Warren was very apologetic and did what he could to make the situation right. They were able to get the tires changed in under 30 minutes after I found the key so I was really thankful they made sure to get it done quickly after having waited forever. I had not known about the special lug nut key beforehand but I was also told store policy is they’re supposed to check about a lug nut key when they check you in for your appointment. If they had followed policy it could’ve saved time and stress for everyone involved. 4 stars because I appreciate them doing what they can to make the situation right with me and getting my tires done quickly once they pulled my car back into the garage.”
“A couple of weeks ago we called AAA for someone to tow an old scooter my boyfriend and I were restoring. Lando from Crown Towing & Repair arrived quickly. In addition to being friendly and personable, he took great care to make sure the scooter was securely attached to his truck in such a way that it would not tip over and be further damaged. We asked questions which he answered knowledgably.
The tow was from North Porth to outer Southeast and Lando made sure to confirm the delivery address before heading out. We drove separately and he arrived just minutes after we did.
I would highly recommend this young man for future tow jobs due to his responsible care of our property and for his excellent customer service.”

I had a belt shred on my way out of town Fri afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Luckily I was able to drive to Hi-Tech. One of the mechanics was kind enough to take a moment to check it out even though he was busy. I love supporting family run businesses as they tend to be more friendly and attentive, which they definitely are. Since they had all the parts in stock, they got my car fixed the very Next Day!! I am still amazed and grateful. The price they quoted was what they charged. I will definitely be going back for tuneups and other fixes. Thanks again!!! ??”

Trafton’s was a lifesaver so appreciative and grateful for them. Just bought a vintage 1979 VW bus and at the gas station when I open the side door, a piece on the bottom came off and it hit the ground and it wouldn’t shut. Trying to take it home to Chicago and I was able just to drop by and have them get it shut for me so that I can make the long trip home.

“To be done: Valve adjustment and VTech on a 2007 Honda Element, along with an oil change and transmission fluid change; the day before my appointment I also got a couple of check engine lights.
I came in today to have Nick Stice see my (new to me) Element; unfortunately Nick had to call out, but I had some routine maintenance things I also needed to take care of so I decided to keep some of my intended work to today while re-scheduling other items.
Graham Burchfield was my service advisor today. Zen Lian Tuang was my service tech.
I have had really, REALLY poor experiences with dealerships. (I tried to go to Beaverton Honda (closer to me), and that was a nightmare. I have had completely awful experiences at a handful of other dealerships in the past.) This was my first time at Gresham Honda. Graham and Zen Lian are top notch great peeps.
I got a full breakdown of my inspection, including video that was easy to follow and understand. When Graham sat down with me to explain what they had found, he did so in a very approachable and relatable manner. He helped me to understand WHY things were throwing codes, the severity of the issues (whether they needed immediate attention or not), and break down work into digestible chunks.
I really appreciate the time and care both people took on my beloved Element, and look forward to my rescheduled appointment with Nick.”

“Same Day Auto has been great to me and my 2010 Prius. I initially landed there because Toyota told me that I had about $1000 of things I needed taken care of. I asked around and somebody suggested Same Day Auto. They looked over my car and found it really the only thing that needed to be done on the list that Toyota gave me, was the transmission fluid. And they were right it was very dark and black.
They are fairly priced. I always check online to see what the average price of repairs are when something needs to be done (which isn’t often bc, ya know, it’s a Prius), and they are in that range. It’s great to have a place I can go that I trust. And even though I’m not much of a soda drinker, I love that little stocked fridge they have in the waiting area. :)”
“As a loyal customer for the better part of a decade, my experience has been mostly positive. While not the cheapest place around, I appreciate their attention to detail. I let them do my oil changes mainly for the included bumper to bumper inspection. They check things that I might not take the time for or possibly wouldn't even think of. They stand behind their work and I never worry about my vehicle while it's in their possession. If I need to leave it with them, there's usually someone available to run me home and back. For top notch maintenance, I recommend giving them a shot. I'm only holding off on giving them five stars until a recent billing issue can be resolved.”
“I took my older car in today, because it was leaking hot water on my foot. I was quoted more than my car's worth to fix it. I asked the guy if there was any other options or anything else we could try. He offered to peak under the hood and at the leaking spot, 10 minutes later he had me back on the road again. He said it was a simple fix most people overlook. 100% would recommend these guys!”

No response to a social media inquiry. When I showed up in person to get an estimate, employees were not initially welcoming or responsive.
