Today I went to pick up my order.evern when the mail said it was ready it wasn’t… the manager (I forgot his name, but he had a Japan shirt and glasses) handled everything like a pro and figured out everything to get a shirt my size. I had to pay again but I even got a discount for the inconvenience. Great handling

The employees here were not helpful at all, borderline worthless. The selection of shoes was okay at best, apparel selection was decent enough. Prices were okay, nothing to phone home about. Overall, it was a pretty average experience other than the complete lack of help from employees.
