I was very unfamiliar with all the different kinds of technology that North Face uses in their jackets. So i asked a young sigma named Jude who was very welcoming. He answered all my questions very thoroughly with a smile behind every sentence. He helped me come to a final choice. Gifted it to my nephew today for Christmas and he was absolutely excited! “Just picked up some hiking shoes today. This is by far the best Big 5 I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them up and down the West Coast. The store was quite large with a tremendous selection of different things. The young worker who helped me with trying on a number of shoes was very polite, and efficient. All the people to store were helpful and the checkout was very smooth. The store was extremely clean and easy to walk around. Just a very excellent store.”

Tell me what he had so I’d have to make a trip from Portland to Woodburn for nothing was very punctual and on it and if you didn’t know the question he asked someone that did very helpful great human being.”
