“Went into the store the other day shopping for a new coat for my nephew who just recently moved to the PNW. I was very unfamiliar with all the different kinds of technology that North Face uses in their jackets. So i asked a young sigma named Jude who was very welcoming. He answered all my questions very thoroughly with a smile behind every sentence. He helped me come to a final choice. Gifted it to my nephew today for Christmas and he was absolutely excited! Couldn't have picked it out without Jude's help!!”

Due to an issue with the Adidas website I could not use a gift card. I purchased the items hoping I could later return them and repurchase with the gift card. I called the Woodburn location and spoke with Jack who was super helpful.
When I finally visited the store he went above and beyond in helping me not only repurchase my items but also pointed out a bunch of really exceptional in-store bargains on items that I had been needing to purchase.
I ended up leaving with two giant bags of gear, a big smile on my face, and stellar shoes, shorts, and tops that will have me playing volleyball in style for the next few seasons. THANKS JACK!”

“Just picked up some hiking shoes today. This is by far the best Big 5 I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them up and down the West Coast. The store was quite large with a tremendous selection of different things. The young worker who helped me with trying on a number of shoes was very polite, and efficient. All the people to store were helpful and the checkout was very smooth. The store was extremely clean and easy to walk around. Just a very excellent store.”
