“Went in looking for some summer boots, Ryan helped me out and was very friendly. Helped me find something better for what I needed than I would have myself and about half the price of what I would have bought if left alone. He oiled my other boots for free and was just a super great guy.”
“While we didn't find exactly what we were looking for, we still had a great experience trying! There was a nice sales lady (sorry, didn't catch her name) who helped us. Be sure to check out the clearance racks in the back of the store, we were successful in finding shoes the last time we shopped here in the clearance section. We will probably shop here again.”
“This store was absolutely perfect in every way. The customer service here is one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time with someone welcoming me in and telling me about the sales and promo, another helping me find the right size, another sharing her experience about the store with me, and overall they do check up’s and are always there for me! And not just the employees, but the shoes here are so comfortable and exactly what my feet needed. I wish this store is more popular and I hope others hear about it too and receive the same service I did. In the end I purchased 3 shoes and some shoe cleaners and I will be returning here again, 10/10?”

“I am really satisfied with the shoes that I have purchased here a while back, and I would love to share my thanks with the specific employee, John. John greeted me in and helped me look for the most comfortable shoes that my big feet could handle and sure enough, he delivered my expectations because these shoes were what I need. John was also kind enough to hear my story and answer any questions that I had to ask and he wasn’t those kind of employees that you could tell would rush and hurry up or have this annoyance face on him, no no John was so patient with me and our conversation led to a sweet relationship that a customer and an employee should have. Due to an issue with the Adidas website I could not use a gift card. I purchased the items hoping I could later return them and repurchase with the gift card. I called the Woodburn location and spoke with Jack who was super helpful.
When I finally visited the store he went above and beyond in helping me not only repurchase my items but also pointed out a bunch of really exceptional in-store bargains on items that I had been needing to purchase.
I ended up leaving with two giant bags of gear, a big smile on my face, and stellar shoes, shorts, and tops that will have me playing volleyball in style for the next few seasons. THANKS JACK!”
