“Visited this store for the 50th time a couple of months ago. Selection was good as usual. I'm a fan of the brand so I know when to purchase and when not to purchase. If you're not sure, Susan the manager will guide you through the sales.The turnover of clothes is random, so you never know when new items will arrive. So stop in often and find a deal.”

I called the store as there are no Kate Spade stores in Alaska, as I was hoowing openingping to nab the new Muppet collection items. James was fantastic, as was Bailey (sic)--they checked the back and lo and behold, had the Animal bags, kermit and Fozzie bags, all the bags! They texted back and forth with me, putting together an order, answering questions, and sending pictures. Yesterday, my big Kate Spade box of wocka wocka joy arrived. I'm slowly opening each carefully packaged treat--the first was the Animal bag and it is fabulous. The customer service I received was outstanding--I will continue to contact this store directly for those hard to find Kate Spade accessories!”
“Good selection of clothes, but make sure you've had something to eat before going to this Aeropostle as it is right next to a Subway and the bread smell is basically pumped into the store! Smells so good every time I go in there!”
“I purchased a couple of dresses today. I was assisted by Lisa. She was lovely. I almost felt like I had my own personal shopper. She opened a fitting room for me, brought me alternative sizes when I needed them, and gave ideas for accessories. She was kind and personable. She told me about their current sales, rewards program, and their sister stores. This shopping experience set the bar really high. I'll certainly make this a stop next time I drive through. It is employees like her that create repeat customers.”
“I am really satisfied with the shoes that I have purchased here a while back, and I would love to share my thanks with the specific employee, John. John greeted me in and helped me look for the most comfortable shoes that my big feet could handle and sure enough, he delivered my expectations because these shoes were what I need. John was also kind enough to hear my story and answer any questions that I had to ask and he wasn’t those kind of employees that you could tell would rush and hurry up or have this annoyance face on him, no no John was so patient with me and our conversation led to a sweet relationship that a customer and an employee should have. I’ll be sure to shop here again, and I’m sorry for the big mess I left behind.”

“I typically don't find outlet stores to offer the best deals, but we like the Under Armour store. We made a stop at Gap on the way back to our car and were impressed by how nice and organized it was inside. My husband decided to purchase some jeans, as they were 40% off. The Associate who rung us up was so friendly and it's nice to see that some of today's youth still want to work. ;-) When we arrived home, I discovered that the jeans (2 pair) had rung up $10 higher, before the discount, than what was reflected on the price tag. I called the store and a very helpful individual by the name of Josh (I think?) simply took the barcode number from my receipt and refunded the overcharge. He then took the time to explain what had happened to cause the error and let me know he refunded an additional 5% discount for the mishap! It's a known fact, that a negative experience which is turned around, actually impacts a customer more positively than a flawless initial experience. Kudos to the Store Manager for hiring and properly coaching your staff! We will definitely return.”
