“Today I stopped by The Home Depot store in Hanover, PA to purchase deck sealant. A woman I hadn’t seen previously was working the paint department & I’m sorry that I didn’t catch her name. She was amazing! She knew the product well and made very helpful suggestions. She really seemed to care that I had the correct product. She was also assisting another customer who was purchasing the same product. She started mixing my paint & went to check on the other customer in the meantime. She effortlessly assisted both of us without either of us feeling we were “on hold.” Such amazing customer service that you don’t witness often!”

“The service at Abbottstown hardware is amazing. When you need expert...I mean expert advice stop in and see Scott and his friendly crew. In the last 6 years they have helped me out with brick , block ,mulch ,glass cutting ,peat-heck I didn't know what peat was until I met Scott.....I do now. I can walk into their store , ask for 4 inch saw blades and be back on the road in 4 minutes. Try doing that at a big box hardware store-NO WAY. Go down to isle 17,look on the 3rd shelf to the right...no wait the left, and you may or may not find what you NEED right now. My time is worth more than the saw blades!! They actually save me $$$ in the long run.”
