“Our dog Buddy is almost 9 years old now. But when he was a puppy we used My dog needs help. This guy is an amazing trainer. We had small children at the time. One of our children had a history of a dog bite, so we wanted to do training right away with our new dog. They were very flexible and gave us many options for training. He even came to our house a few times so he could help us with our son in the dog’s own environment. He taught us how training a dog is really about training the owner and he was right. Our Buddy is still very well behaved and a beloved member of our family and we owe it all to my dog needs help. You may ask why I am leaving this review so many years later..... I actually was recommending a friend to him and saw that they only had one average review. I had to change that because this trainer is definitely above average.”

“Went for a free adoption event on 1/27/2024. We had a home of five cats at one time, and were unfortunately down to one. Planned to get one older cat to integrate into our house with our near 16-year-old cat. We ended up finding a beautiful bonded pair so we adopted two instead of one. When we left, there was one more bonded pair left in addition to a lot of kittens.The boy is 3 yrs old and a gray / white / tabby mix.The girl is 1-year-old, darker calico / tabby mix with beautiful bits of light brown in her face, neck, and parts of her body.All medical records provided and updated. Each has been spayed/neutered, all shots including rabies and distemper, dewormed, microchipped, Frontline for fleas, and leukemia/AIDS free. We did have a cat with feline AIDS pass away several years ago. They get a bad rep, but they're really wonderful animals and can very easily be integrated into a household with other cats if done the right way.They both appear to be in great shape, just need lots of food, love, and TLC which we're more than happy to provide.We just lost our 4th on 12/29 and our remaining girl needed some companionship.Thank you to:PetSmart of Hanover, PAHumane Society of Carroll CountyHumane Society of Talbot County”
“Tractor Supply Company is always a go to place for me. Whether I need animal feed, treats, chicks, or clothes I can go to Tractor Supply. They carry good brands like Carhart, and always have super friendly staff. Everything is always well stocked and easy to find, and it is always also very clean. Love this place!”
“It’s nice to read what us humans think of Miss Lucy’s Dog Treats but the real judges are our four legged fur babies. Our rescue dog Roy absolutely goes head over tail for anything made by Miss Lucy’s and devours them. We have given him other treat brands and the only items I’ve seen him go after with more gusto and passion involve red meat or hot dogs. Awesome products! Awesome business! Awesome owner!!”

“My personal experience: I have the funds the space had the desire for a while. Haven't had a dog in a long time. As I would usually want a large dog not fair to them in current house. I don't know any breeders. My circle of ppl is small I'm always working or with the kids. A small dog for the family is a perfect fit (we have a zoo lizards etc) as our new family member. It was very hard for me to find what I was looking for. I know it exists. My lady told me about your store. I recently had a staycation and was like if we get a dog like now is the optimum time. I was hesitant about going to this place. Kudos to the staff it was a crazy day kids everywhere. I saw clean cages and dogs that were taken out for and cared for in turns. I can't help that I would leave a negative review and received a dying puppy with no help but I also understand puppies are prone to illness. After I let the lady play with a few some corgis were more in my price range for actual animal purchase. I love her. She was sent home at 5 1/2 months healthy and up to date vet visits. Staff and manager included were very helpful for advice on first few days. She is responding to training well and is my service dog. While again I can't stress enough I can't speak for the people I've seen on here where their animals got sick but every puppy I saw recently looked good and very taken care of and i feel this place gets bad reviews as a whole. People are real quick to smite pet shops like this and praise breeders when a lot of breeders are trash ppl. I would deff go here for a dog again. Thank you guys we love Billie Jean.”
