“These guys are always awesome and I appreciate them a lot! I'm pretty phobic of needles, and it's usually pretty difficult for me to get blood drawn. I have to do it every 3 to 6 months unfortunately, but every time I go in they are so nice and they get it done in literal seconds! I'm actually so surprised at how fast they can get my blood drawn, coming here is such a load off my chest. Even when they are busy they keep it moving! If you guys are reading this, you all are killing it!”

“I’m scared of closed spaces but Rita is a god sent she made me feel very comfortable and safe. She made me feel very calm so I was able to do the MRI, she is the first to get me threw an MRI. Brittany is so professional and knowledgeable and helpful she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. Tiffany was very helpful as well. This crew is amazing.”

“This is the most comfortable I’ve ever been at a medical facility. I had to take a biometric screening so the phlebotomist had to draw blood and she was so good and so quick with it! Also, I had 0 wait time. 10/10 would come back next year! ?”
“Everything was great from start to finish. I got a text so I was able to click on something and automatically be registered in 1 step. That made it so much easier for me since I am legally blind and did not have to scroll through and answer lots of questions! Danielle took my blood and she was great!”
“Although friendly staff once servicing, there was no welcome or concierge or assistance at the front table to help with answering any questions or assistance on logging in. The kiosk is not that user-friendly as it may have seem to be.”
“Best labcorp I’ve been to especially for my 2 year old. Short wait times with and without an appointment, competent staff and cute Halloween decorations which was a great distraction for my toddler. We went here for bloodwork when she was 1 & 2 years old and had a great experience!”
“Wait time can be long, but not at the fault of the phlebotomists. They are all really sweet and always welcoming. They have been helpful whenever I have had an insurance issue or any issue. I truly enjoy this location and all the women do their best with a packed waiting room.”

“Every single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.”
“Erica, phlebotomy technician, is an absolute blessing. She made my visit a very pleasant one. My health provider, Jefferson Hospital, did not send a script for requested bloodwork due to an honest mixup. She then suggested that l call Jefferson to see if someone could send one to the lab. Erica was very patient, and waited until Jefferson sent a script to the lab for me, even though this process took some time. Erica’s technique for drawing blood is excellent. When I return to the lab again, I hope to have her collect my blood. I highly recommend her.”
“I went NYE, brought a printed copy of the test order from my doctor, came 45 mins early than my appointment time, and have a very strong fear of needles.I think I waited for only about 15/20 mins. the woman who drew my blood was UNBELIEVABLY wonderful and totally made my day. the man at the front desk was also kind. I would come here again with no hesitation, thank you!!!”

“I get labs here regularly, and both staff are pleasant and professional. They are quite busy, but handle it with calm efficiency. Also, I tend to bruise easily, but I rarely have any bruising after my blood draws from either phlebotomist, which is just phenomenal in my book!”

Pam was compassionate, efficient, professional and gentle. I didn’t even feel her drawing so many tubes of blood. This lady has such a great personality and I don’t know how she runs the whole operation with such calmness and proficiency.

“I was a little nervous about getting my blood drawn this time because I'm queasy about blood recently (I cut my leg on an exposed rusty furniture joint a month ago while helping dad move a desk, and it was messy but I recovered fully). When the phlebotomist finished gently collecting the tubes, she showed a lot of compassion and gave me an extra reminder not to lift heavy objects on my drawn arm (like grocery bags or soda packs) for at least an hour after the blood draw. Thanks a lot for the small detail and extra care. Also, the wait time in the lobby was zero minutes and the check-in process was fast and fun because I always like putting my license under the UFO style scanning machine at the checkin kiosk. Thanks for a clean facility with a friendly and hardworking staff, they get everything done even with life happening.”
