“We attended a wedding and reception at Iron Spire. The nuptials were held outside in the brisk December 19, 2025 afternoon air. Propane heaters worked hard as we listened to the happy couple, Keith and Alicia's exchange their vows to one another. Hors d'oeuvres we're on the table when we came in. Drinks flowed all through the night. Champaign pour, cake cutting, music, dancing, family and friends and finally sparklers outside in the December cold night. Such a beautiful place for a wedding and reception. The entire afternoon and evening flowed flawlessly.”

“I absolutely adored having Eicher as my wedding venue and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone wanting a smaller, affordable wedding. The venue has a max capacity of about 100 and I had 85 guests and it did not feel too over crowded! Especially once everyone was mingling. The inside is rustic and charming and didn’t need much decor to make it beautiful! And the outside of the venue is absolutely magical. The flora around the venue is absolutely breathtaking especially in the fall (my wedding was in September) and it was so lush. I got so many compliments the whole night because it was GORGEOUS. I also adored having the bridal suite to get ready in! I was able to be sequestered and just got to hang out with my ladies while I got ready! They had a few vanity mirrors and good lighting! Plus it’s all air conditioned which for me was an absolute must. The coordinator, Anna, was easy to work with and I loved having my wedding at this venue. I will say, there is no staff on site so you would definitely want to be prepared with extra sets of hands but for the price it was well worth it. I would absolutely recommend this space!”

“Awesome, relaxing staycation! From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a memorable stay as the Owners (Oscar & Stephen) was there to greet us, gave a tour of this castle/mantion. They are kind hearted people doing lots of social and community work in the area.

During the castle tour, we liked another suite and host let us upgrade since it was available at no charge. At this place, they care about you, having good time; no haggling about anything monetory.
Ambience is such a gorgeous we were awestruck, indoor full of decorative antiques, play activities and Christmas charm!!!
We are still here, will update this after our stay and before coming back!!

Update: Breakfast was out of the world! Never expected multi course morning meal prepared by the owner himself!! Victorian Dish with a pinch of asian twist was mind blowing!!

“I had such an amazing time visiting the farm. It was a pleasure having the opportunity to meet Ms. Anita and her beautiful gems. My niece absolutely loved and enjoyed her very first pony/ unicorn ride. I highly recommend checking her website for current and upcoming events. Thanks again for a great experience.”

“When we arrived, the hostess must have been on break or something became it was several minutes before we were even acknowledged. Bit after this rough start,, the service was as expected.

The background music is a bit loud for us, but not so annoying that we couldn't hold a conversation, and thankfully not a loud as it could be.

Our server a the bar tender help us find a nice set of 4 beers for a flight. All were tasty and added to the experience.

We ordered a smash burger, onion rings, crab cake sandwich & sweet potato fries. Everything was prepared and presented nicely and the cost was reasonable.

On our way out, the place was getting busy (it was Saturday evening), so I suggest coming early or getting a reservation.

Overall this was a good experience and I recommended this restaurant.”

“We recently hosted an event for 100 people in the Roosevelt Room of the Abraham Lincoln Hotel. It was wonderful. We had a large dining room, an auxiliary dining room where we set up the buffet, a bar room, and the balcony which provided additional tables and seating.

The venue was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The space was well equipped and met all of our needs. Bathrooms were also very clean and easily accessible.

Diana, the venue coordinator, was excellent and easy to work with. She was readily available throughout the process and made sure things ran smoothly from start to finish.”

“The room was nice and when we checked in the girl was very nice . But in the morning at check out we
made the front desk aware of our son had slipped in the shower and there was a piece of metal sticking up out of the shower drain and when he fell he cut 2 of his toes on the metal sticking out of the drain. The person at the front desk didn't act like he cared and we tried explaining there was metal sticking out of the drain ridiculous like a child was hurt .”
