“My first, but not last, time I will be using Graham's service center for my car. Very convenient drop off, updated me on any issues found, presented options, and reasonably priced. I did need an appointment but was able to leave the car overnight and pickup next day by noon. They accept credit card payment but don't charge the 3% service fee, which is rare these days!”
“I thought my heater core was leaking because I was getting fog blowing out my vents. Austin told me my AC may be low on freon. Dropped my truck off and that is what they found. They topped off the freon and added dye to find the leak since it is a slow leak. They will look for it again when I get my truck inspected when the leak should be visible. Much cheaper than a heater core replacement.”

“My Tranmission started going out was making a whinnying noise I had purchased extra warranty (Carsheild) just in case something went wrong I only had a 30 day warranty from dealer but Scott from Cottman made everything so smooth and he works with Carsheild so he even took care of all pics and papper work only thing I had to do is answer a call from Carsheild saying my claim went through so Scott ordered Tranmission and came in same day got me in in a few days so I highly recommend Cottman Tranmission for any work”

“I pulled into the service center and within 20 minutes my tire was patched and I was back on the road! I thought I needed a brand new tire but they said everything was fine with my existing tire and it just needed a patch. The price was very reasonable! Great team. I was very happy and impressed. I was from out of town and Hurst’s were recommended to me by my tow truck driver! Highly recommended.”

“I had another garage diagnosis a transmission problem and recommended a replacement or rebuild. Landis quoted me a rebuild of ~$5K which I thought was fair, and I had the car towed to them for the work.
When they got under the car they discovered that the problem was with the axel and had been misdiagnosed by the other garage. They repaired it for me and only charged me $100 for their effort.
I'm beyond grateful for their integrity and honesty, and they have won themselves a customer as a result!”
