“I came across Binders via a google search. I was looking for something outside of the Toyota dealership. I've had my car in several times to have different things done to it including electrical, inspection, brake service, spark plugs, etc. The old adage "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other shops but with the friendly service and the knowledgeable people plus the 3 year guarantee on the work they do, it's worth every penny. Troy and Kari are fantastic communicators and always explain in great detail about any service you inquire about. I would highly recommend them for any make or model!”

“This was my first time getting my car serviced here and I am more than happy to have given them my business. I chose to come here because of the positive reviews and they surely don’t lie. Their customer service is great, they are honest about your car, and they absolutely will take good care of it. I had quite a few issues coming in; disconnected bumper, issues with my axel and brakes, poor tread, the works. What could be fixed was taken care of and I was given recommendations for what’s next. I wasn’t pressured to get any extra services done and was able to retrieve my car very quickly.
Prices are comparable to other shops, but I would rather pay to know my vehicle is in good hands. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you’re searching for a new mechanic!”

“Great experience. I have been dealing with a sunroof leak for about 6 months now. Visited dealership multiple times & they were unable to properly diagnose. I was actually quoted $3,500 for a brand new sunroof. Found dreisbachs auto on google & went for it due to positive reviews. Made an appointment & a few hours later my vehicle was ready. Extremely great price. 2 months later and my sunroof has not leaked a single drop! Mike is truly great & provided me with great customer service & all the preventative information needed to avoid future sunroof repairs. If i could rate a 10/10 i would but google only allows 5 stars haha. Overall, truly a great shop & not your average mechanic trying to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. Family owned business as well! If you have any doubt in your mind about visiting dreisbachs auto please dont. They are truly great. Thanks again to Mike & everyone over at dreisbachs!”

It took a couple of months while in production, but I am thrilled with the car and Joe spent a lot of time with me getting to know the all the and outs of the car’s functions and i8 Drive system. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly,
and answered all of my questions with patience. One of his GM’s even treated my wife and me to lunch because the car was taking longer than normal to prep the day of delivery. Awesome touch! Thanks for your help, Joe!”

Overall very good experience. A little confusion up front as they didn't have a loaner ready for us as requested but they were great about doing whatever they needed to do in order to get us a car and we were abke to proceed with the service.
