“My dad has been a long time customer with Dan and Jim and needless to say, I understand why as they came through in the clutch. They listened to my issue, told me to bring it in as it was most likely fixable (I was about to throw away my higher end Sony from 4 years ago). Full transparency, they charge a reasonable fee to diagnose the problem (in the realm of $59) and if they can fix the issue, they subtract that from the total. I understand why they do this and think it is a fair practice. They ordered the part and we were off and running a few weeks later (length of time due to it being over Christmas). Fantastic service, knowledgeable, and honest family run business.”

“I came a 40 min. trek as Quakertown is closed. So glad I came here as Sean and Nate took great care of me. I am truly a dinosaur when it comes to technology and Sean was so very patient with me. I had one issue after the other and he tackled them all without making me feel like I was burden or taking too much of his time. Nate was very helpful too, but also had to man the store. “Dan's Sound Room is a real asset for folks living in the Lehigh Valley who may be looking to add classic audio into their lives. Store is so cool, a trove of greatness, well stocked selection of awesome equipment at good prices. Dan's is *that* place to meditate over audio-related decisions including what amplifier to get, how to re-introduce cassette decks back into one's rig, and more. Listen before you buy? Definitely. I got a wonderful pair of JBL speakers, and a nice Sansui amp from Dan's and I can't wait to go back. Super cool vibes. Mind You, Yoan Was Still Learning and He Fixed The Problem For Me. I Would Suggest Him To Anyone. There Are Some Things I’m Skeptical About As In They Won’t Give A Receipt and The I Wasn’t Told About The Insurance Of The Phone Until After I Purchased. Just Be Careful .”

“I go to many 7-11 locations and the S. 4th st location is one I use almost every day. The employees are extremely hard workers very friendly and the store is always clean and fresh coffee no matter the time I arrive. By far the best one in Allentown that I go to. The workers are fast and extremely professional there they really do work hard trying to take care of everyone and the weekends some not so nice people show up and the employees are still professional and try to take care of everyone as quickly as possible.”

Love their home good products like rugs, comforters, pillows, wall clocks, plants, bath products, etc. Even when I'm not buying any of them, I will go and look. “What can I say but this store looks to be on the up and up as my wife and I made the mistake of switching to a competitor and were desperate to come back after 8 months. We came in there asking all kinds of questions and they had a couple options. We even asked about home internet and Anna and Louis both had lots of information to help us make the best decision for our unique situation. Anna stayed late the next day to get our phones ported and if all goes well I will post a follow up when our reimbursement comes in and first couple bill cycles. Some hoops to jump through, but it all seems worth it.”
