I liked that i could schedule an appointment. A tire repair and purchase of new spare was easy and seamless. It took about 1.5 hrs to exchange the blown out tire and pricing was great. Staff was courteous and very helpful.

The front desk manager was extremely helpful, in the past, I have not had that reception and had taken most of my business elsewhere. He answered question on our exotic cars to return, and in my opinion probably is the best front desk person/manager I’ve witnessed at Firestone
