“My 2008 Highlander was really rattling. Part of my shocks rusted and broke. Mike fixed it quickly. Another time, I took my car because it was wobbling and vibtlrating at 65mph. Mike found that the prior mevhanic kept adding weights but my tires were not balanced at all. He's good at diagnostics and repairs. I find his prices fair and he gets things done in a reasonable amount of time.”

I love the appointment reminders and state of health reports, where I can review issues organized by good items, require urgent attention and requires attention. I like being able to review and having the ability to decide what service to authorize or not. “Over the Summer, halfway between New York and DC, right outside Allentown, my mini cooper suddenly died. The gearbox and transmission were both completely shot. Having never been to Allentown before, I towed to a completely random auto repair shop and thankfully, I landed at Otto & Son. I knew it was overdue for a lot of fixes, but the exorbitant costs quoted by my local shops had me balk at having the repairs done. After I got my rental and left my car, I fully expected it would be the last time I ever saw it.Edgar and his team went above and beyond. They called around and found used pieces for me and fixed my car for a mere fraction of the price I was initially expecting to pay. For anyone who drives BMW anything, you know this is likely never the case. They were also super communicative and would call or text me updates on the progress of the repairs. I was even incapable of getting back to the car for 3 weeks and they held onto it no problem. Suddenly, I was back in Allentown and as far as I was concerned, it was a brand new car. The repairs they did made me realize how bad the car had actually been in the first place.I couldn't recommend this place enough. Super nice guys who are absolutely going to go out of their way to do you right. If you're an Allentown local or a out of towner experiencing a bit of bad luck, this is the spot.”
