I came in last Sunday looking for a custom Mother’s Day gift, and I honestly didn’t expect them to be able to get it done that quickly. They had it finished and ready for me to pick up today, just in time for Mother’s Day, which I thought was awesome. The piece came out amazing and exceeded my expectations.
The quality of the jewelry and craftsmanship is seriously impressive, especially their custom work. You can tell they take pride in what they do and pay attention to every detail. “This is a great jewelry place. I brought in an 18 inch chain that I’ve had since a child. I always wanted to make it a bit longer so I can continue to wear it as an adult. I worked with Robin and she was able to locate a very close match and extend my chain an additional 3 inches! They found the match and made the adjustment in about a week’s time! The chain looks great and it was reasonably priced. Other jewelers weren’t able to help me add those additional few inches but Redd & Co. happily accepted and did it so fast! Robin and staff were very communicative and understanding through the process. Very happy and highly recommend!”

“I went in to see if my diamond engagement ring could be reshaped. The band was horribly bent after I accidentally closed a closet door on it while wearing the ring. I was in tears. The band is already thin due to resizing and I was worried it could break if handled too forcefully. We discussed the issue at length and the jeweler took the time to gently reshape my ring. He was so kind and stayed past closing to accommodate me. Thank you for taking the time to help me!”

If they can't help you, they can't help you it's just business and shouldn't be taken personally! The manager/owner (I'm assuming) was extremely kind and personable and overall a great help!
Overall, it is a lot better than other pawn shops I have been to in the past within this area. Especially in terms of customer service, they treat you like a friend or family. Many other places in this area treat you like you are an inconvenience to have come in the first place!
At Pawn America INC., I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt like they were more than happy to help, even if it didn't mean a sale. I can see why they are really the only Pawn shop left standing in center city. I will definitely be back when I am looking for a good deal! (:”
