“Wilder Perez is the golden standard of customer service. I had a close friend recommend Wilder to me to help with a simple question regarding my cell phone bill. Little did I know, a few weeks later I would be contacting him asking if there was anything he could do as my phone number was compromised. Wilder not only took my phone call, but remained with me for over 2 hours on the phone while I worked with other Verizon support staff to resolve my issue. He did this all in the evening, on his own time while at home. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, reassurance, and knowledge to help me through a very stressful situation.
