Bird Mania
2733 W Emaus Ave, AllentownI thought it time to update this review.
I've continued to shop this store regularly and every visit since the one prompting my original review has been nothing short of pleasant.
I've been greeted with a smile and everyone has been very upbeat. Exactly like most reviewers have reported.
Clearly there's something to be said about the quality of care they take if we contined to shop there despite a poor experience last year.
Old post:
I've been to this store off and on for many years. Back when Sarah still worked there and they had the old location. It was almost always a very pleasant experience....( deleted )
I hope other customers get a better experience because they really do have great birds and care for them very well.

West Valley Animal Hospital
351 PA-100, AllentownI'm taking all my animals here I've had to put the last three I had to sleep. The last two was my pet bunny and today I had to bring in my guinea pig Declan. Feeling so upset I was greeted by the West valley house cat, Huffy. As I stood there waited for someone to finish he looked at me with a smile and wanted me to pet him. It's just what I needed. Huffy is a welcoming Kitty. And as sad as I was he made me feel a little better. He's beautiful and friendly and he also has greeted me a few times when I brought mine in. Today I needed him and he was there like he knew. I think they should put a picture of him and how beautiful he is on the website.

Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital
6350 Tilghman Street, AllentownMy newly adopted miniature dachshund had two mammary masses, one of which was very large (12 cm x 8 cm), that her previous owner had been unable to address, and I brought her to Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital to have them removed. She received excellent care; the surgery to remove the tumors took two hours, and she was monitored very closely every step of the way. She received wonderful follow-up care, recovered well, and she's cancer free. I am so grateful for the compassionate care that she received. I feel that they literally saved her life!

Off Leash K9 Training, Lehigh Valley
1044 North Quebec Street, AllentownI can’t say enough good things about our trainer Missy!! We sent our 10 month old cockapoo for a board and train and couldn’t be happier with the results! She kept us updated daily and sent a lot of pics too. He is still our same boy but with manners now. It’s absolutely amazing what a wonderful job she did. Do not hesitate to invest in your peace of mind that comes along with your dog being well trained. We’ve gotten so many compliments on him on how well behaved he is. Consider yourself lucky if you get Missy.

Camp Bow Wow Allentown
470 Business Park Ln, AllentownWe love everything about Camp Bow Wow in Allentown. The friendly camp counselors, the facility as a whole — from the clean play areas to the overnight suites. I also like how user friendly the app is, and how easy it is to reserve for day camp, as well as overnight stays. We also love that they have so many cameras. We are always able to spot William and watch him interact and play with the other pups. Can’t say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow in Allentown.

Morgan's
3079 Willow Street, AllentownWe had a good size group with us and we all enjoyed our meals. The menu has a good variety and the prices weren't outrageous. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The wine just was adequate but the bourbons were absent!
The atmosphere, unfortunately, was not up to par with the rest of the evening. Clearly a dated interior and not entirely maintained. A simple example would be the lights: in one lamp there were 4 different bulbs all offering up different colors of light. Our tables were wobbly and it felt thrown together from your uncle's basement. And the satellite radio playing light Rick with the occasional interruptions was tacky.

Jay's Local
2301 Liberty Street, AllentownVibes are immaculate at Jay’s Local. There is a little bit of something for everyone here. Whether it's a drink, a baked good, a sandwich or just a comfy place to hang you can find it at Jay’s Local. It is also important to add that the owners do an incredible job of supporting their local community and allowing in other small business owners for pop up shops on a regular basis. Service is exceptional, I have never NOT been greeted with a warm smile no matter how busy they are.

Teresas' Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria
6561 Tilghman Street, AllentownThis family-owned authentic Italian eatery is the gem of the Lehigh Valley now, soon to be a national treasure. The food is as fresh and tantalizing as that of any gourmet restaurant but made with love and meticulously prepared. The team is gracious and the owner is not an absentee but hands-on, leading, cooking, welcoming and making sure each meal is perfect from start to finish. We enjoy the live music Saturday and have made it our go-to place for family get-togethers and date-nights alike. We love this place!
