Staybridge Suites Allentown West by IHG offers comfortable suites with awesome beds and well-kept, nicely decorated rooms. Each suite features a small mini kitchen with all needed amenities and everything for a convenient stay. Guests enjoy a free huge continental breakfast daily, including make-your-own waffles, and great coffee. The hotel has an indoor pool and a mini gym. The staff is frequently described as amazing, friendly, welcoming, helpful, accommodating, and efficient, contributing to a great experience. Service is often called flawless. However, a rare experience with a standoffish and rude staff member was noted. The location is considered great for the mid-price range. While most stays are wonderful, some guests experienced issues like the internet being out. Overall, visitors love their stay, find the hotel very comfortable, and many plan to return or make it their regular hotel.

From the welcome at the front desk, to the attention to room location request, this facility went above and beyond. The manager was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and had ample variety. I cannot speak more highly!

The hotel is located just off a busy freeway in an industrial area, with that being said it very quite. The staff is friendly & the room is a home away from home. Breakfast has a good selection, usually eggs, bacon/sausage and some sort of potatos. Yogurt, fruit, granola & waffles selections as well.
