“This hotel has exceptional staff. Everyone is very respectful, very nice, and very accommodating. The room service staff are excellent as well. They do a great job of making sure the rooms are clean. The entire hotel is very neat and tidy. I enjoy the breakfast every morning and the social hour Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It is located very well, right off of 22, which is right near the interchange between 22, the interstate, and 78.”

“Was convenient to the highway of 78/22 , and ample amounts of choices of cuisine, a wide variety of shopping centers geared to so many different lifestyles, that you'd be sure to find what you need along with the location itself, terrific for hikers as the Appalachian mountains are nearby, great fishing streams and rivers, and scenic parks all doted along the immediate area, ohh, not to much construction except on areas of the highway route 78, but traffic moved along just fine”

Chris on the front desk, Marcos on security, and Nathan in the restaurant were all fantastic to guide me round local streets to the parking, get me from the parking to the lobby via complicated elevators, and serve me in the restaurant respectively. The room is superb. If in Allentown, this is absolutely the place to stay.”

“Great basic hotel. Staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. Slightly older but clean. Had a slight issue with the pull rod for the sink drain plug being detached but they sent someone down to fix it and only took a few minutes. Definitely would stay there again if needed!”

With the immaculate elegance of a New York City luxury hotel but the warm hospitality of your favorite hometown diner, we were astounded to note the unusually economical rates offered. While the APH family as a whole was truly a blessing to us (the extent of our gratitude is inexpressible), we would be remiss if we did not give a special shout-out to the delightfully debonair young man who first welcomed us at the desk, Ben. He goes above and beyond his professional obligations, patiently answering all of our questions with educational information, helpful tips, and clear explanations. Ben's authentically caring, warm, and refined personality brightens the entire lobby as he cheerfully greets guests and conscientiously addresses their concerns. He is not only a rare example of a devoted, earnest, and indefatigable worker who truly gives his all to ensure the company is impeccably represented; he is also a rare example of a truly genuine, generous, strong-yet-gentle human being. “I stopped in Friday looking for a room to move into long--term. I met with Taylor in the office. She was very nice and told me everything I needed to know about this place. I was fortunate to get the LAST available room. When she showed me my room, there was someone working in it to prepare it for occupancy. My room is large and it has a full-size bed and my own bathroom. I was able to move in later that day. My windows face east, and the next morning I was able to see a beautiful sunrise. I believe I will be very happy living here ?Nearby activities: The Allentown Public Library is only a few blocks away. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the library. Also, there is a really good pizza place only a couple of blocks away.Walkability: Walkability is definitely doable; however, Lanta bus service is convenient and preferable if you are going a distance ?”
