“This was my first time getting my car serviced here and I am more than happy to have given them my business. I chose to come here because of the positive reviews and they surely don’t lie. Their customer service is great, they are honest about your car, and they absolutely will take good care of it. I had quite a few issues coming in; disconnected bumper, issues with my axel and brakes, poor tread, the works. What could be fixed was taken care of and I was given recommendations for what’s next. I wasn’t pressured to get any extra services done and was able to retrieve my car very quickly.
Prices are comparable to other shops, but I would rather pay to know my vehicle is in good hands. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you’re searching for a new mechanic!”
“Great experience. I have been dealing with a sunroof leak for about 6 months now. Visited dealership multiple times & they were unable to properly diagnose. I was actually quoted $3,500 for a brand new sunroof. Found dreisbachs auto on google & went for it due to positive reviews. Made an appointment & a few hours later my vehicle was ready. Extremely great price. 2 months later and my sunroof has not leaked a single drop! Mike is truly great & provided me with great customer service & all the preventative information needed to avoid future sunroof repairs. If i could rate a 10/10 i would but google only allows 5 stars haha. Overall, truly a great shop & not your average mechanic trying to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. “2 brand new 22 inch tires, a great price and free shipping. I would order tires from them again. The delivery date window was like 3 days, mine was 5 with the weekend. Friday, Monday or Tuesday. It was delivered Tuesday and the shipping company tracking details were not as updated as I would have liked, for the price, I'm not complaining, just information. Last year i bought one tire locally for $165. Shopping with tiremart this year I got 2 tires for that price, $75-80 each tire. Now I got 2 fresh new tires to put on after I change the front hubs.

“I was supposed to be heading out on a day trip when my tire went flat. I called these guys to see if they could get me a new tire today. They told me they had the tire and could put it on right away. I got my car towed in and they immediately put it in the bay and got me two new tires that I requested. “These guys rock, my car and my son's car are always taken care of by these guys. If there is an issue like a check engine light goes on they say bring it in right away and they fit it in and they tell us what's wrong with it. I can't tell you how much I appreciate every guy in this place for management on down to mechanics. Please don't get rid of them. Please do not move them because I'll be lost without them. They're like family to me now. I've been dealing with me this since it was STS but I changed my location because these guys always go above and beyond to take care of us. Example they fit me in when I was going to travel to Rhode Island from Pennsylvania and they looked over my car told me what needed to be done and it wasn't within reasonable pricing. “I always get 10 items or less so that I can walk out and have them scan three items in my cart and then send me on my way. Everything is conveniently done through the app, including scanning of my items. It is such a efficient way of shopping and I just totally love it! It’s always a good experience when shopping for my 10 or less items at Sam’s Club.But I’m only giving it four stars because when I go to the gas station for some reason, all of a sudden my registered credit card doesn’t work with the app when buying gas. I can buy groceries and everything from Sam’s Club but when I go to their gas station, all of a sudden it doesn’t work, so I’m a little confused.”
“Ordered front tires for my large farm tractor I was able to bring tires and rims in. They changed them while I waited. They did a great job and for a great price. “Have gone here a number of times over last 3 years Great prices! Fast service-call ahead to make sure they have your used tires in stock- or if they have to order new ones overnight. I usually drive here but had to be towed and they got me in and out in a hurry. Will even change tire you bring them if you don't have a spare or only have a spare tire and not a spare rim. I assume they would do four new tires too if brought to them but you would have to confirm. I have not yet had them patch a flat. But I have ordered both used and new tires from them and had them installed since moving to the area.
Just make sure they use the copper lubricating liquid, it's cheap & doesn't take much, when putting your lug nuts back on if any are used, aluminum not steel, rusted even a little bit, or starting to have stripping/thread issues. I think you can buy new lugnuts here too if you need them. I frequently drive other people's vehicles as a traveling house/pet sitter-takimh people to airports etc and have recommended these guys many times. I have used other shops in the past upon the owners demand/familiarity or that were closer geographically but no one can beat Los Primasos tires in Allentown. One day maybe they will have a mobile truck with an air compressor and tire machine inside for emergency house calls.I look forward to visiting their second newly opened mechanic shop that I'm told does much more than just tires.
Oh and for the record I am white don't speak Spanish and have always been treated very well-since a few reviewers seem to have a problem with the workers/owners language or ethnicity. Calling into the shop I was always put on with someone who spoke and understood well enough both Spanish and English.On site in person during work if unsure if the workers had any questions about what I was saying/asking they would grab the manager/owner or one of the girls in the office to make sure everything was correct. Being a nice person and patient customer might help in that area but again, I never saw anyone have problems and haven't had any myself.

“We have a Sam's club membership but got a deal with BJ's, $10. for the year. What the heck, give it a try. I still prefer Sams club for the prices but get frustrated because they will discontinue selling certain items after some time. Not sure, maybe BJ's does the same thing. Probably won't renew next year”

“I initially called and chatted with a gentleman over the phone. Suggested a few different tire brands for future tire changes though suggested I come in for the simple repair. Topo was the mechanic that helped repair a tire puncture in my front left tire. It had been leaking slowly with needing to re-inflate it every few days or so. They squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. The same person I talked to on the phone suggested blunt answers to upgrading stopping power before going into bigger price territory. Come here and expect prompt service and excellent care. Topo is your guy! I'll be coming back for the damaged corner soon. ?”
