“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.”

“This is a great customer oriented business. I stopped at the Jack Williams on Stefko Blvd asked to have my tire pressure checked. They checked the pressure, found a nail in a tire, repaired that for me and reset the sensor - all at no charge. I’ve been there for new tires ( at a fair price) and always had the most courteous & helpful service. Highly recommend!”
