HORRENDOUS! Mail is delivered to the wrong addresses. The personnel do not answer the phone. Nor do they return voice mail messages left by residents. I encourage everyone to lodge complaints, on line and or by phone regarding the location.

Forwarded my package to a random address in Allentown, I don’t even live anywhere near Allentown, all without my consent. No phone call text or anything. Effectively stealing my package. Tired of these shady delivery drivers getting away with doing whatever they want

What’s the point of having a phone if the lady at the desk doesn’t even answer it? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RELIABLE. I’m trying to get ahold of someone about my packages and I’m upset. Check your voicemail!!
