Nobody picks up the phone waste my time. On top of that the workers are rude,the standards are so low for workers today they hire anyone.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 20 plus years. I went in to open an account for child and while representatives were completely free, I was sent back at 10:55am because they were “on their way out”. Mind you the bank is said to be open until 12pm. That’s ridiculous customer service.

Horrible customer service, young lady at counter gives attitude right away instead of asking in how they could help. Just rude and unprofessional. Giving wrong information to customers instead of asking to manager.
