“The ability to check in online is helpful as it was only when I was leaving that I saw where the check in terminals had been moved to; they are now less obvious than they used to be, though this likely makes more space for seating. My appointment occurred on time which was unusual for this location. The member of staff was skilled and managed to draw blood successfully which is also unusual for me.”

“Ms. Laverne is a treasure—she’s incredibly skillful, patient and kind. My baby has needed monthly blood draws and Ms. Laverne has been the only phlebotomist to be able to draw blood from my baby’s tiny veins. It’s worth the drive and parking fee.”

“So... I know this seems like a strange business to review on Yelp but I had such a great experience I feel like it deserves to be here. I had to schedule routine labs through my PCP and had trouble finding available appointments elsewhere. I was able to get a Saturday morning apportionment here just a few days after I scheduled it. I arrived and checked it easily at a kiosk by scanning a QR code I received when I scheduled the appointment. Two minutes later I was called back and the nurse went over my paperwork. The nurse was extremely friendly and bubbly and just made me so at ease about being stabbed in a few minutes. She took me to the next room, chatting the whole time. In less than 5 minutes the whole appointment was complete. Quick, efficient, and easy! I really appreciated it!”

“The Phlebotomist I saw was very friendly and put me at ease, I do not like needles. She was also professional and experienced, I do not have a giant bruise on my arm like I normally do after getting blood drawn. She was a newer hire and definitely a good one!”
“I had a wonderful experience there today with my 4 year old. She was terrified after she figured out why we were there and ran out of the room crying. I did not catch the technicians name but she was so kind, patient, and willing to work with us to get her blood drawn. I was able to hold my daughter and she was so gentle when drawing her blood.
