“I personally know the manager Kelly. This review is not directly bc I know her, but for the observance of her store and dedication to her job! She is very nice, direct and meets the customers needs and satisfaction. This store has made such a big impact on my shopping experience. The manager Kelly has taken the time to put in the hours to clean and organize this store for customer needs. This store was trash before Kelly had taken over. Her staff is very friendly and always on task when I am there. I drive 30 mins from home to shop this store because of the cleanliness. I pass my own local family dollar to shop this store. That has to say a lot! Highly recommend this store. Kelly will directly tell you if they don’t carry something you need, I have witnessed that. Great store! Thanks Kelly!”
“I shop at this store sometimes 4 or 5 times a week. Whatever I'm needing that day is always in stock. Unfortunately there happens to be one employee who works there that makes it VERY obviously that she either doesn't like her job or she doesn't like me. But everytime I go there and she rings me up, I make sure to be especially nice to her. I guess I, in the back of my mind, I'm hoping that she'll give me a little smile or i hike that she doesn't rip my money out of my hand and then when I get my change or receipt, it gets slammed into my hand. But in spite of that, I LOVE my Family Dollar, and I will continue to shop there always. Hopefully somebody (a real person) will read this. Thank You for caring.”

“A store reset was under way. I only needed a snack for a drive I was making. An extremely helpful and kind... new employee... with her natural kindness struck up a conversation and in no time knew exactly what I needed and took me directly to it. I've made my life career in customer service and I'm telling you... this girl HAS IT! What a nice change... someone that WANTS to help the customer... because they genuinely care! “They're always stocked up with the thing's I need and buy on the regular. Plus there's several ways to save $. You can use the app, plus they saved you money if you save your receipts for Saturday savings only on $25 and more spent at 1x”
“They usually always have what I need. They're convenient since they're in my neighborhood. The workers are all super nice and I've been there when someone's trying something stupidly.. it's always gotten sorted out by them girls n guys 🤭 but I am a lot happier about everything, it seems safer than It did in the streets, slowly getting there too...thank you Dollar General Cree members ✨”
“Recently started Doordashing, and was in the store multiple times in one day. Y'all need to give Ty a raise. She helped me find everything I needed, even checking the back and stock carts for items that were out of stock. She gave me the run down on what types of orders dashers usually get at her store and where to find them. She greeted every customer that walked through that door warmly, and it was clear most of them knew her. Had the feeling of a small town mom and pop store even though it's a national chain.”
