I was hesitant about driving the hour to attempt and exchange them but was pleasantly surprised at how Jenny the manager was and handled it. She exchanged my pants no problem at all no extra fees no hassle nothing negative to say. I decided to buy another pair as well and leave a good review because it was well deserved.”

Team is polite and friendly as well as helpful. I have been in several times in last couple weeks with family. Cali- has been a regular buckle team member who has been energetic and quick to help me navigate through the store, offering different sizing and style solutions based on my wardrobe mission for that day!! It can get hectic on Saturdays after brunch/lunch so keep in mind there may be a wait on the changing rooms. That is to be expected and no fault of the store, however.”

“Bought jeans for my son after 2 months they completely came apart at the seam. Read the review online after this happened, apparently this was the same complaint for tons of customers. For the price of the jeans, the quality should be better. Staff was helpful for the return. I have also shown up twice during regular plaza hours to find out they were closed. Wish they opened at 10am or closed at 8 to be more accommodating.”

“This retail establishment is located within the Mall at Robinson. It has a great selection of reasonably priced clothes. Much of the clothing is 2 for $5, or 2 for $10, although there are items that are slightly more than $20. The reason for the 4 rating is the staff. At first, the woman helping us was very friendly and helpful. Then she virtually disappeared until we checked out. Seemed kind of strange to me as there were plenty of co-workers to assist others in the store”

For the past two years, Express has been my and my twin brothers' go-to store for incredible deals on fashionable and high-end clothing/accessories. While I do acknowledge that design and fashion is a subjective matter, I can say without question that the Express store in the Robinson Mall is the best consumer shopping experience a person can have in Western PA. The staff treats you like royalty. Namely, the manager and several associates who I have had the good fortune of dealing with. They have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and exceedingly nice and friendly. Every time my twin brother and I shop there, we walk out with a smile.I cannot recommend this Express location enough, they have exceeded my expectations, and I will be shopping here for a long time to come.”

“My experience with Luna Boutique is one I will never forget. From the questionnaire I filled out in the very beginning, all the way to safely receiving my dress during COVID-19, it was unique and special. As someone who definitely doesn't fit the mold (I'm a tattoo-covered n*** who loves an alternative style) Erin never made me feel like I didn't belong exactly where I was. It can be hard, if you're outside the mold, to see yourself in the "wedding culture". But I didn't feel like that at Luna Bridal. My experience in the shop was totally custom and personal. She left up a trunk show for me, because she thought I might be interested in it based on the info I filled out in advance. I never felt pressured as I looked through dresses, and was encouraged to go at my own pace. The shop is also entirely gorgeous and clean. I picked my dress pre-COVID, but went to go get it after COVID had arrived. If you have concerns about that, know that Erin takes great precautions and will explain the process to you if you are at all concerned. I would lastly like to add that the shop is owned by a very progressive, inclusive woman. Erin works to diversify the local wedding culture, and I'm very proud I got my dress from such a socially aware shop.”
