Normally, nobody will take back a pair of worn shoes but the manager was great. We switched them for a new pair. Squeaking shoes are defective. I was very worried we would have to fight about this but it was easy. Thank you again! Nice to see they are again stocking work shoes.”

“fall is coming. i need some new boots! i've been to a few stores already, looking, but of course, nothing that excited me. we were in robinson already, so i said let's go into the mall & see what's there. we discovered, there weren't many shoe stores on the 1st floor. just about to give up, when we saw shoe dept. there were ALOT of people there. i was surprised. people were sitting on the floor, sitting on benches. fighting thru the crowds, i looked for boots. all the way at the end of the boot aisle, there they were! dr. martens! tom found me a few different sizes to try on. yes, they had my size! i soon discovered, the reason so many were on the floor is because there weren't many benches! i joined them! i found the size for me. but wait! where's the other boot? there is only 1 boot in the box! i had tom find a clerk. oh, just a moment she said, & went in the back. aren't we the old people! not noticing til then, most of the people were young-ish. apparently, they like to steal, so to stop them.....1 boot. she came out with a completely new, unopened box! thank you so much! they were nice, the price was right, i love my boots! p.s. i did notice they had some banging heels! i know where to go next time!”

“Delayed flight -so I decided to check out Johnston & Murphy, a favorite for classy, simple to wear, timeless fashions. An excellent employee, Nicky, helped me find some great sweater jackets perfect for work-all at sale prices. The black jacket is reversible so One side is a great business look, one side casual. I also picked up an adorable pair of leather boots in a neutral color which will go with everything. I love that they have a good non-slip bottom as sidewalks and walkways in terminals can be slippery. Definitely a store to visit if you have time to kill at the Pittsburgh Airport!”
