“Had a great experience visiting the Rally House in Cranberry for the first time. I was really impressed by the amount of apparel! Tons of new items as well as some nicely priced older stuff. “Today I limped into famous footwear after developing plantar fasciitis from my serving job. The cashier Cindy helped me so much finding good arch support shoes at a good price! She was SO kind! I really appreciated the help, I’ve never experienced this kind of pain before and she helped find a shoe I can walk more comfortably than I was before! (Compression socks not from there)”
“Bought jeans for my son after 2 months they completely came apart at the seam. Read the review online after this happened, apparently this was the same complaint for tons of customers. For the price of the jeans, the quality should be better. Staff was helpful for the return. I have also shown up twice during regular plaza hours to find out they were closed. Wish they opened at 10am or closed at 8 to be more accommodating.”
“They don't have a whole bunch of employees running around bothering you about buying shoes. If you need help you do have to look for them sometimes. But all in all fantastic prices on shoes. I have purchased three pairs from there in the last nine years. One pair for every three years not bad!”
“Every time I come to Dick's (which is often) Noah is there, friendly as can be. It only took a couple times before he started welcoming me back in. He is always so fast and so kind with whatever I'm there for. Online orders, returns, purchases, questions... He knows it all! Most times I'm in a hurry so it helps that he can work so fast. All of my sports purchases are done exclusively at Dick's because of their great customer service and he is part of the reason that you guys are so great. While Noah is the best, every associate I encounter in the store is always so friendly and helpful.”
“Tom was great to deal with. Had a driver fitting for my teenage son. New to golf, he did not try to sell us a new driver, shared some wisdom and advice. Told him what he did well and could work on, and to get a lesson or 2 before spending any more money or changing equipment. Proceeded to see us at the putting area after we left the fitting (which he did not charge for) and showed my son putting tips as I shopped for a new putter. What a guy! Everyone we spoke to was welcoming and looked ready to help and not inconvenienced at all. Worth my drive thru town to go back for future purchases.”
“Bill knows his stuff. After watching me shoot my old crossbow a few times, he noticed what I was doing wrong (I couldn’t get it to hit a bullseye at ten yards when just the year before, it had shot accurately at 25) I had thought it was a problem with the bow which would require it’s being repaired. Bill checked it out and gave me an honest opinion of its capabilities. Despite the bow being a rather low end purchase, his expertise will allow me to get my money’s worth out of it before I buy a better one. Thanks Bill!”
“I like shopping at this location. The store is easy to navigate through, and they have a great selection of items. It’s never too busy, so staff are routinely available to help, when needed. Staff were also very friendly and the store appeared clean and organized. There is never any issues with parking as well.”
“Ordered a Rifle online ship to store. The bolt from the rifle was loose in the box and damaged the stock. Manager quickly took care of the problem by cancelling that order and ordering in another new rifle.”

“Got a customized hat while waiting to fly out. Not only did he take time to understand the request he also helped other people while letting me look over the settings before customizing my hat (multitasking and not letting them wait)!You could tell that he's knowledgeable on the products in the store and had experience with the issues that could occur during making the order. Hat came out perfect. He even wrote the settings we used down so I could make another custom hat (as a gift) in the future. I'll definitely stop by again!”
