“I went to this store in search of bird seeds. They have a large variety of bags of bird seeds, as well as a scoop-your-own bird seed/rabbit/fish food display. The store is old and could use a bit of updating, organizing, and dusting. However, I will be going back here for bird seed and other garden supplies.”

“This location has great customer service! When schools closed due to Covid, my high school senior and her friend started making corn hole boards and decorating themselves then friends. Someone always helped them with their supply needs. About two weeks ago, I dealt with Carry in the paint department, he was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions! By far the best customer service ever! My paint project turned out great because of his advice!”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”
“I was in dire need of fixing a gas furnace for my tenants over the weekend. Thermocouple got stripped so I had 2 fabricate something together. ERNESTO in the plumbing section gave me his full attention in addition to some great ideas I hadn't considered. If it wasnt for his service, I would not have gotten out of this pickle.”

I happen to encounter a young man who worked there who helped me out and went way beyond my questions and even bringing the stuff to my car. He was so kind TY ! Also to top it off, I love to put things on my family’s graves and in the local area they had the most selection For synthetic flowers or graves pieces that I have seen so far for a good price/ pick up that you don’t have to pre-order online or fresh flowers or custom made ? or be “ perfect “ Which I all have had in the past for I lost a lot of family members so far. I like that this business has more To choose from for we as a family visit and change our decor on the grave sites which means alot to me . Thanks! Even told me what kind of lumber amd nails i should use when i build my project this summer. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my supplies when its time. Very nice despite the very small selection store was busy as usual check out took a while but the sweet girl in the nursery was awesome. “We visited this Home Depot yesterday to purchase a snow blower. We got caught up in a clerical error when we went to pick up the purchased snow blower resulting in three returns to the store. Mei, the store manager, intervened to resolved the issue and made arrangements to have the blower delivered to our home free of charge to compensate us for the mix up. Thank you Mei. Good customer service still matters. Well done.”
