“Harbor Freight Warminster is top tier in customer service. The store is clean and organized. It is convenient for my needs because it gives me an auto zone, home depot in one trip. It resembles the mom and pop hardware stores that use to be in neighborhoods, but a lil more vast and value.”
“Husband and I did some research on a new lawnmower and came across the Ego brand which had excellent reviews at Ace Hardware. There were two models on sale and we went with the more expensive model, which was the same price as the less expensive model. They put it together for us and even put it in our SUV.
This location is close to our house so we stopped in early this morning and let me tell you that we were given exceptional service. I love Ace Hardware, but this location hands-down has the most helpful and friendly staff. I want to give a shout out to the lady behind the register who went above and beyond to make our dog Duke feel welcome in the store. She gave him treats and water.

“This is the week along with the weekend 01/18 thru 01/25/2026 where Philadelphia and the surrounding counties will be impacted by a serious snowstorm and bitter cold 🥶 . The weather stations, along with social media are hyping the situation up and people are panic buying everything. I happened to find salt when all the big name stores are out completely.
I found a bag of rock 🪨 salt 🧂 for under $15.00.
The store owner and employee are pleasant people and friendly the gentleman carried the bag of salt to my car. I believe in supporting small businesses and this is not even my neighborhood.”

“Extremely helpful! Always working on their stores, but kept giving that look at me trying to engage eye contact more like giving me the feel eager to help. They cleaned up after and it took about another 1/2 day to cool the house. They gave instructions on the thermostat that was installed and how to efficiently cool the home and how often to change the air filter”

I reserved a concrete saw for a four-hour rental, and the entire process couldn’t have been easier. The saw was ready and waiting when I arrived, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the pickup process.
Returning the equipment was just as simple and hassle-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
