“Stopped in on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago. The customers and staff were very friendly. Note - they do permit smoking. However, it wasn't smoky at the bar. I had 2 domestic beers and ordered a whole Italian hoagie to go. The beers were cold. The hoagie was excellent! Good bread, generous serving of Italian meats, cheese, and toppings.”

“We went to restaurant, did not purchase a room. Nice atmosphere, good service. I recommend giving it a try.Food was good. I had a burger and fries, my husband had a fish basket, his fries were included. Because I had to buy fries extra, I got them with gravy and cheese. Last time we came, the fries were fresh cut. This time they were not, but still very crispy and tasty.He said his fish was good also. Was a large helping, we had to take some home.The waitress was very friendly and prompt. Food arrived fast and hot. The zucchini is also recommended. The sauce seemed homemade, they were nice and brought us extra.The only thing I was displeased with was I ordered no onions, and still had onions on my burger. They were very flavorful, but I was not on an onion mood, could still taste them even after we got home.Total bill for the two of us was about $43.oo plus tip. Next time maybe we will try the wings.”

“Old time country on the jukebox and the Andy Griffith show on the television. Great atmosphere to grab a cold domestic and grab a bite to eat. Got the wings and a burger with a cool cold Budweiser to wash them down.”

“I had the pleasant opportunity to eat lunch here a couple of Friday's ago.I decided to stop at the Crossroads Inn and Motel as I was a bit frustrated about finding a decent fish sandwich (this was during Lent).Fortunately the hunt for a decent fish sandwich was over! Really, it was just perfect: the right size, cooked just right (not greasy, not overdone, etc.). Looked appetizing. The fries were awesome too! And, finally, I had coleslaw which topped off the meal being (probably) home made! The meal was second to none.The service was excellent. Very friendly, kind, and sincere.Atmosphere is wonderful; there were several customers there dining and it had that small town feel-the waitress (and owners too!) spoke to the customers and vice versa.Very clean, quaint atmosphere. Very decent prices and the selection from the menu is somewhat unique as you don't see the foods offered at the mass restaurants.Well worth the trip, you won't regret it!”
