“This is the absolute best Storage Facility I've ever been in. Immaculately clean, easily accessed, and very well organized, making getting to and working with your unit extremely convenient.
Additionally, the staff is nothing short of fantastic. I had need to speak with Patrick on two occasions prior to occupying my storage unit and he was kind and helpful beyond my expectations as well as very generous with his time, making sure my questions and concerns were fully resolved.
The facility manager, Linda, is every bit as nice and as helpful as Patrick. While moving in she happened to pass by and chatted, welcoming us and making it feel like a friend was welcoming a guest into their home. That says everything that needs be said, an honest welcome, accompanied by an invitation to call upon her at any time she might be of help.”
“Very helpfull staff not to mention extremely friendly. Needed to downgrade to smaller unit, Jen made the transition very simple and non stressful for she found us a smaller unit really close to our original unit and made life soooo simple for me and my wife! Thank you!!! Would highly recommend!!”

“I rented a climate controlled unit here for about a year. It was very clean. The staff was awesome anytime I had a question or needed help with anything. My stuff was safe, I felt safe going there alone… just overall awesome experience and if I need a unit again I will totally rent here again! Also, if you deal with Nate you’ll just have the best experience! Shoutout to Nate for being wonderful every time!”

“Recently bought a 2010 Toyota tundra, 1 owner from Pacific Auto Sales. Excellent team they had in there. Title wasn’t in when I came in so they gave me money off on the vehicle, title ended up coming in later in the day and they still gave me the money off. Full tank of gas, and a wash at the car wash! I would recommend these gentleman to anyone looking for a great used vehicle!”
“We have had a small storage unit here for several years that we had outgrown and needed to get a larger one. I was very surprised with how easy it was to do this. Jeremy from forward storage helped us with coordinating this transfer and it was seamless. He was super nice and helpful and the process took only minutes. Its clear this company is organized and to be able to make this transfer without a rep on-site and have no issues with doing so was great! I also wanted to comment on the added security with the new gate, that was a nice addition to these units. Thank you Jeremy!”

“24-hour access, but the parking lot was an ice skating rink for the better part of 3 weeks. And the light doesn't turn on all the time when you go into the interior units. Had to use my phone multiple times just to get to my unit because the light wouldn't turn on no matter what I waved in front of it or how high I jumped lol.”

“Storway Self Storage is the perfect place for your storage needs. Excellent pricing and super friendly staff/owner. Very safe and secure building; I have no qualms about unloading my stuff at 3 am because I know I will be safe. They are super friendly and very helpful even went as far as to help me unload heavy boxes from my jeep and into my storage space. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. It’s really hard to find good customer service these days but at Storway Self Storage, that’s all they know how to do!”
