“Great "old school" personal service. I was referred to this business by another when they were unable to complete a repair on a 20 yr old Wenger Swiss Army watch. I called Mr. Theis and he gave me directions. When I stopped by, he took care of my issue very quickly, gave me a little history that I didn't know about the watch and gave me some other very interesting history on some other products. Very much like an old time watch shop where you really know that the guy taking care of you knows his stuff. Great service and very informal atmosphere. Definitely go to Tom Theis the next time you have any issues with your watch or clock.”

“My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced so we decided to head to Claire's. The piercing process went smoothly. The associate wore gloves and sanitized everything beforehand. She was knowledgeable about after care and helped us pick out the perfect pair of starter earrings. When you get a piercing you get a 20% discount on things all throughout the store, so of course we had to take advantage of that and pick up some more earrings and some other fun things! The only downfalls we're that the store tends to be over priced..like very overpriced. And I could see that they could use another associate working at busy times. The associate was working all by herself and it was a Saturday afternoon, the store was very busy.”
