“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. “A big shout-out and well done to the folks at Overture and in particular Robert Bobo, Jamie Wilson, and Cory Beaver. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. It was a pleasure doing business with the Overture professionals and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use Overture in the future!”

“7/11 stores have always been hit or miss. It all depends on the area and so on. Occasionally you go into one that is good and have a great experience, but as far as this 7/11! This is my stop, my once-s-day. The owner and employees are awesome here! As soon as I walk through the door I'm greeted and they already know what I'm purchasing for the most part, and they'll have it ready at the counter for me before I approach the cashier. The points/reward app and account is definitely worth signing up which is basically just entering your email information. I save a ton of money everyday using it. The guys and gals that work there are great! Kid friendly, my kids walk up there after school and always come home speaking highly about the workers there. The food, and all other products are always fresh for your order. Just probably the coolest and definitely my favorite 7/11 ever.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this Target! I normally do pick up orders on my way home from work and they are always so quick and efficient with getting my items and bringing them to me. Today though they were taking a little longer than normal which was not a problem. Stuff happens and I didn't think anything of it. I see one of their employees walking towards me without bags and my heart sank. I was so worried she was going to say I placed the order at the wrong store or that someone else took my items. She was SO apologetic and said they are still trying to find some of my bags but the manager and her just wanted to say sorry for the wait and they are working on solving the problem. I was amazed by their kindness and willingly apologizing. I was not mad or upset by any means but what awesome customer service!! Glen Mills Target, you are the best!!! “The Delco team is absolutely top notch. They have completed two separate projects for our school - a cafeteria video/audio project and a gym audio project. Both projects greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was phenomenal, timely and friendly throughout the work. Delco was also the most efficient crew I have ever seen -- efficiency and great quality work do not always go together but they are truly masters at what they do - everything down to the details was done right. They also take the time to explain how to use the equipment in simple terms for those of us who are not audio technicians :-).After the project was completed, I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive and offered to come out again to demonstrate how the system works. If you have an audio/visual project you could not do better than Delco Solutions!”

I was glad the store wasnt crowded and was helped with no wait time. I was showed a variety of phones and accessories. Will was very patient answering all of my questions. He seemed knowledgeable about many products. He helped me transfer info from my old phone to my new phone. He applied my screen protector and showed me some cool features on my new phone. “I stopped in the store for something else... had no idea it was a consingment / ebay store. While chatting I saw a novelty item sellling for $50. I really wanted it so I'm like here's my $50 and was ready to take it off their hands. However, another person had reserved it although they hadn't been back to get it. So he did not sell it to me. I thought that was honorable. It had been a long while so he could have easily sold it to me and just given the other buyer their deposit back.”
