Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! “These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. “A big shout-out and well done to the folks at Overture and in particular Robert Bobo, Jamie Wilson, and Cory Beaver. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. It was a pleasure doing business with the Overture professionals and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use Overture in the future!”

“The Delco team is absolutely top notch. They have completed two separate projects for our school - a cafeteria video/audio project and a gym audio project. Both projects greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was phenomenal, timely and friendly throughout the work. Delco was also the most efficient crew I have ever seen -- efficiency and great quality work do not always go together but they are truly masters at what they do - everything down to the details was done right. They also take the time to explain how to use the equipment in simple terms for those of us who are not audio technicians :-).After the project was completed, I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive and offered to come out again to demonstrate how the system works. If you have an audio/visual project you could not do better than Delco Solutions!”

“My daughter and I had a tremendous experience on 5/22/26 at this T-Mobile Store. This is a very complicated story but was resolved with our 110% satisfaction. My daughter needed to switch her Verizon account and added to my T-Mobile account for several reasons. Previously, she was on her daughters Verizon account but it was becoming too expensive and for several other reasons.
We were extremely fortunate to have Lindsi W. as the agent who handled the changeover. Lindsi handled all the roadblocks that prevented that switchover to an additional line to my T-Mobile account. She managed to get in touch with my granddaughter to get the Verizon account number (she was the account holder), and the PIN necessary to do the change. Previously, I tried doing all of this on the phone but was told it was literally impossible to handle without personally visiting a T-Mobile store.
Lindsi spent about 1 1/2 hours making phone calls, getting information, and ultimately completing the changeover from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was extremely patient, very knowledgeable in all the procedures, and kept assuring us that she'd get it done. The customer service we received was amazing in all aspects. Lindsi is a true professional at her job and a very valuable asset to T-Mobile. A big shout-out to T-Mobile and especially to Lindsi for going above and beyond!”

Had to get away from AT&T. Things had been going well, but started having a problem calling my contacts.
When I tap the call button I get a message saying something like Won't go thru my My Metro app,use another.
I tried calling the store 3 times starting at 4:30pm let it ring 10x at least, and nobody answered and no voicemail message either. Is the store still open till 7pm?”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

“I love 7-11 and their food and slurpees although last time i came they were out of nachos but that could just be because everyone loves the nachos including me so good on you 7-11 your food and snacks and drinks are amazing but i wish you had a normal chicken sandwich without the honey its spicy and doesnt taste good and my tongue is very sensitive to spicy things i wish it wasnt these are just my thought i love 7-11 and hope to hear from you back”
