And the young girl behind the counter had what someone might revere to as some type of music. Basically it just sounded like screaming with a few curse words in it and it was so loud that I couldn't wait to finish my work out and leave.

The energy in the classes are electric, the classes aren’t boring ( it’s a mix of boxing and circuit training) and everyone is super welcoming and down to earth. Trainers aren’t pushy and they’ll show you how to do moves properly and they are nice about it. No late charges, easy to book classes and easy on the wallet.
Very happy with my decision to join and can’t recommend it enough!

Thanks to Marcus, I am in the best physical shape I think I have ever been in and the smallest I've been since before having children. He cares about the whole person as seen with the passion he has for fitness and nutrition. Marcus is happy to share this knowledge with whoever wants to listen and better themselves. I never would have thought I'd say this but I hate when life or work get in the way and I have to miss a morning at the gym. I highly recommend you come join us! “Easily one of the cleanest ? and best-maintained ? Planet Fitness locations near Delco! I live in Clifton Heights and still drive past the closer gym just to come here ?✨ The only downside is the showers ? — the water pressure is about the same (or worse) than the water fountains ?? But honestly, I haven’t found a Planet Fitness yet with good water pressure ??♂️”

Having to drive through an army of lights to make it down the senseless stroad that is Concord Pike is stressful every damn time, so by the time I get to the gym I am never in the peaceful headspace I would like to be in. I hope the location will eventually change to somewhere less constricted by terrible urban planning and the checked out morons who are distracted from their phones by driving.”

The gym offers private training as well as group fitness classes. The coaches are great! Very knowledgeable and supportive and motivating. “I took an uplift class with Coach Jess. I was nervous because I have quirky things that cause some physical activity to be difficult but she was able to adapt almost everything to make sure that I was still able to do all the movements and feel super strong. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable and I never felt pressured to do more than I thought I could handle even if she thought I could handle more. I started the class with minimal weight lifting knowledge and finished today feeling both confident in weight lifting abilities and my body control in doing exercises. Her knowledge, personality, and humor made the classes fun. I'd totally recommend anyone taking the class if you need trauma informed weight lifting. If you're just looking for a great coach at a weight lifting gym... she's also your girl.”
