“We went to La-Z Boy in Springfield to shop for a recliner. Brook helped us by describing all the different features available for each of the recliners we considered. I was able to narrow down fabric selections to 6 swatches. Since La-Z Boy does not lend out swatches, Brook offered to bring the swatches to our home so I could make the perfect selection. He offered to come the next day and he arrived exactly on time.Brook made the entire selection process both easy and enjoyable. He truly went out if his way to help us make a final selection. I highly recommend both Brook and La-Z boy. La-Z Boy has a large selection of different recliners, many racks of different materials and many features for selection. Brook did everything possible to make this experience as easy and pleasant as possible.”

“Working with Susan Lucci was a great experience! I had an idea (famous last words) and I needed "unbiased affirmation" that it was going to work. My family was balking at changing the layout of our family room around, but for years (decades!) I had felt that a total new arrangement, which involved committing to different furniture that would not fit in the room as it was arranged, was the way to go. I respected Ethan Allen's reputation, and on my first visit I met Susan Lucci. I'm sure she thought I was not going to come back, but she listened, and showed me everything she had to offer that may work for me, including fabric selections and wood finishes. I went home with photos and ideas that I could think about in my space, and decided that garnering her actual opinion of my space was the next step. She came out to our home, listened, measured, brought swatches, (agreed with my idea), and created an virtual plan of how the room would look that we could actually look at. I loved it! She helped me decide when I was torn between two fabric colors, or three wood finishes, etc. And she listened to what I didn't like, just as important as what you do like. I can't imagine ever working with anyone else. Susan is creative, thoughtful, professional, kind...And she loves dogs! Who would want to work with anyone else!?!PS My family LOVES the room!”

“So happy to welcome a Five Below to Newtown Square! It's a big, clean, well-lit space! I visited during their first week open this summer. They had an expanded art supplies section which I loved!!! No PHL sports team section at the time I visited but I spoke to the franchise owner and she took the feedback so she may have added (or will be adding) some of that. Most of all the standard stuff is there. It's about the size of the Morestown, NJ store.”

“Even though I live in Bethelehem, I will occasionally take a ride to Glen Mills. It’s about1 3/4 hrs. Depending on traffic. But it is so worth it. The clothes are gorgeous and never go out of style! They are unique and chic and well made. I would just love if there was one in my area. Unfortunately, stores nearby are closing and I am really worried. Do yourself a favor and find one nearby or shop online. You will be a happy camper!!!!”

He explained the fabric and delivery options clearly. I was in and out in under half an hour, no headaches, no hassles. And the woman who took my payment was very personable--adding to my sense that my business was appreciated. BTW the store was clean, well lit, and well organized. I recommend this store even if you are a grumpy old bachelor such as me!”

“Carefully curated high quality items, aesthetically pleasing, useful and functional. I haven't visited the store but have placed a couple of online orders that were mostly gifts for friends. Recently I had to adjust a large order after placing it (one item was unneeded) and staff was able to catch it in time before sending it, issued a refund quickly and saved me the hassle of making a return. Whew!Receiving the box just a few days after placing the order is a real pleasure- just the logo alone you know it's something very special... opening it another treat. It's immediately apparent how much attention and nuanced care they place in every order, no matter the size. “This place allows you to completely customize furniture if you want to (plenty of ready to go/pre designed stuff as well). Much better than west elm and similar stores because they actually have a variety of styles (aka not all square arm and low back couches). The customer service lady was very nice and knowledgeable and she was even able to create a mock room layout to help me envision how things would look. Definitely would recommend.”
“Norma and Walt are the absolute best! Prices are extremely reasonable when compared to online and other ceramic places. Their selection is unbeatable. Anything you need, they have or can get for you. The only down fall is that they are only open two days a week. However, it is totally worth waiting to go when they are open.
