“Excellent pro shop! I got refitted for a new ball after a LONG break from bowling and also had an old ball plugged/redrilled with the new specs. Steve is super nice, eager to nerd out on bowling and an extremely knowledgable PSO which is exactly what we need to keep this sport going. We figured out what I needed out of a ball, he gave me several options and price points that were all very reasonable. He's also been super helpful after the sale with some minor adjustments right then and there after I rolled a few with my new gear. My fit has been great so far and my game has improved almost instantly, it's amazing how much better bowling is with the right fit and the right ball. Green's is definitely on my list as a go-to, don't hesitate to check him out!”
“I went to the Ski Bum in Glen Mills, prior to my trip, to have my skis tuned. Conditions ranged from ice in the morning to sticky snow in the afternoon. The tune was perfect. Sharp edges for the icy morning and good glide in the afternoon. I will be back for some new boots.”

“I went to Famous Footwear at Concord Mall, Wilmington, DE today to get clarification on a pair of Nike sneakers I had just purchased online a few days prior for my grandson for Christmas. The packing order and the shoebox description did not match. I was assisted by Val who researched and cleared up my concerns within minutes and I was now comfortable that the contents were the correct shoes. Additionally, Val saw that the shoes in question were now on sale and offered to credit me the difference. Wow…this is outstanding customer service!”

“I’ve called the flagship store, I’ve called the highest rated stores in the country. I’ve talked to customer support 5 times, I’ve talked to chat 3 times all in the hopes of getting someone to help me, all those inquiries failed. Today I decided to call my law I local Bauer in a last ditch effort to get someone help in deciding which Parka would be best for me. Thank the Retail gods Patrick answered the phone. Not only did he understand and appreciate my concern for finding the right jacket for me, he was knowledgeable on Eddie Bauer products, went and compared them and overall was the BEST retail customer service I’ve EVER had. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time out of his day to help me, and next time I visit an Eddie Bauer. I’m driving the extra 45 minutes to go to Brinton Lakes because they’re on the top of their game. Seriously, Patrick as someone who loves fashion, you made my decision easier than I could have ever expected. Thank you again man.”
