“I stopped in today to look for a part for my Dodge Dakota, they happened to have the matching part in a Durango, but the Durango was sitting on its axles on the ground. I came back down to the office, and asked the nice woman at the counter if she could have someone lift the Durango for me while I went to get my tools, she said no problem. I returned 30-40 minutes later, tools in hand, and the Durango was already lifted, nice and high too so I wouldn’t have to squeeze under it. Got my parts I needed and was in and out in 30 minutes, and the parts were cheap too. Jared, the man working the yard, even gave me a ride back down to the office. Excellent experience, excellent customer service, just great all around. If I’m ever in need of anything again, I will be happily returning; 5 stars.”

“I highly recommend Patriot Collision Center. They were a bright spot during the completely awful time of trying to deal with insurance and a rental car etc. They are professional, detailed, reliable, obviously skilled, and KIND. My car looks brand new after a nasty dent across two doors. They did a phenomenal job on the repair and paint job (the paint color was very hard to match but they did it). They even cleaned out the inside of my vehicle and washed it. Roger answered every question I had promptly and I just can't say enough good things about him and the entire team.”
“Not knowing that someone had backed or try to pull to a spot next to my CRV and shifted my fender. Wan’t sure if we can fix it by ourselves. Brought it down to the shop just to get a rough estimate because we weren’t sure what it entailed behind it and I believe his name is Tim or Tom?? Sorry bad with names. He took care of it on the spot with just unscrewing the bolts/rivets and then popping it back into place. We appreciate it and sorry it was crappy out while you were fixing it. I would recommend them always. You earned our trust.”

“I've been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years I always have a good experience with them. Recently they just adopted this new service where they pick up your vehicle perform the service and deliver it I thought I would give it a try and my brand new vehicle with 280 mi on it came back with a scratch at the driver's door! I did not bother to report it because it would have been a he said she said sort of situation I had the vehicle repaired .their service is top notch however I would recommend driving the vehicle there yourself.”
“It was unfortunate but, it happens. The brand new battery that I just bought there, that I just installed there, for my 2017 harley-davidson Road King was bad. Bike wouldn't start. The person helpng me was mortified, aghast, and appalled, probably owned a thesaurus, quickly brought me another ,showing my it was testing good, clamps slipping off the battery onto him, and off we rode. “Ernest Henry does awesome body work. He has repaired one of my cars that a deer smashed into the drivers side and caused a lot of damage. Thousands of dollars in damage. Ernest did all the body work on it and you couldn't even tell it was ever smashed. I recommend Ernest for all of your body work needs. He goes above and beyond”
