My husband is a hunter and I'm a cookbook author so we're very particular about our food sources. The meat is absolutely incredible (we can't stand anything from the grocery store now) and the family behind the scenes is just as wonderful. Couldn't recommend buying their meat more.”

They were out of their usual beef packs for the cheesesteaks, but hand sliced prime rib to accommodate us. The beef was outstanding! Tender, flavorful and we devoured every bite!
