“I cannot express my complete gratitude to this bank. Fulton Bank is what all banks should be nowadays. They know their people, the part of the community and when the community is hurting, they go above and beyond to help that community. I have a new small business owner and quite frankly I've been struggling as of late. I had some issues with my account of my own doing and just not being familiar to be perfectly honest with banking in general... Well let me tell you how they came through from me in a huge way in a time that I really needed. I cannot again. “Had my debit card stolen and I had ordered a new one over the phone on a Monday. On Friday I went through the drive through and asked if there was anyway to track it because I was tired of coming to the back to withdraw cash. Jaquan processed my withdraw request and he came back and informed me that I could have a new car printed there at the branch. I had no idea.. he then went above and beyond and with out asking sent me a new debit card through the canister. Made my weekend being able to have my debit card for the weekend! Thanks Jaquan”

“We visited this branch recently and had a very positive experience. We had to drive up from Maryland to handle estate matters. We worked with both Adrian Pizano and Paul Hussain. They could not have been. kinder or more professional. We also found the branch to be completely remodeled and very clean. I wanted to update the reviews section as the much older entrees had given me cause for concern before we drove up.”

“This is the best WSFS branch for service. I live in Delaware and use those locations which are slow and mediocore at best. The Kennett Square branch manger, Gail, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at this branch are the epitome of true customer service. Five Stars for sure!”

“Had an amazing experience that I would love to share - Yair and Branch Manager William are top notch! Mom has bonds to redeem but is not a PNC bank customer and her bank simply does not deal with bonds. I explained this to Yair who made a few phone calls to help out this 20+ year PNC customer and called me back within the hour. That afternoon, William kindly took Mom and I through the process and we were on our way. They did what other banks have chosen to stop doing - and with a smile! Great service from that team!!!”
