After going in person and speaking with several staff members I want to make it known that the call center they are using are the rude ones. In person the branch was very quick to help and resolved my issue quickly so I was able to access my account.
I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and I am RUNNING away. Their customer service is horrendous. They updated their online banking and mobile app and even admitted to a lot of issues but they refuse to help me access my account unless I show up at their office THAT IS ONLY OPEN DURING EVERYONE ELSE'S WORKING HOURS.”

“Had my debit card stolen and I had ordered a new one over the phone on a Monday. On Friday I went through the drive through and asked if there was anyway to track it because I was tired of coming to the back to withdraw cash. Jaquan processed my withdraw request and he came back and informed me that I could have a new car printed there at the branch. I had no idea.. he then went above and beyond and with out asking sent me a new debit card through the canister. Made my weekend being able to have my debit card for the weekend! Thanks Jaquan”

“Had an amazing experience that I would love to share - Yair and Branch Manager William are top notch! Mom has bonds to redeem but is not a PNC bank customer and her bank simply does not deal with bonds. I explained this to Yair who made a few phone calls to help out this 20+ year PNC customer and called me back within the hour. That afternoon, William kindly took Mom and I through the process and we were on our way. They did what other banks have chosen to stop doing - and with a smile! Great service from that team!!!”
