Beaston Towing came out ASAP in the torrential rain and winds to get us out of danger and tow us home. Talk about going above and beyond to help. I can't say thanks enough. “Came across Core Express looking on Google Maps for tire repair for a slow leak on the car my youngest daughter drives before she took a long road trip. Jordan and his dad were very thorough in locating the location of the leak (it was essentially a pinhole and tough to locate) and quickly plugging and sealing it. Extremely friendly and willing to help and in this case literally within minutes of my phone call. Would definitely recommend.”

“I can not recommend RMP enough! My vehicle has the unfortunate habit of loving to throw its motors out since we bought it. I believe it to be the cats even though the code never shows up for it unless it gets water on the sensor. This past Sunday was exactly that situation. We had actually been out all day repairing another ladies vehicle. We made it all the way back to Rutters and made a quick stop. While I was sitting in the parking spot it began to shake aggressively similar to what it did the last time when the camshaft gave out. I turned it off in hopes of saving it and upon trying to get it to restart it refused. We tried this a few times in hopes it would drive at least to my house which was right down the road. It proceeded to lock up right then. So we accepted defeat and called more than 7 tow companies. This was almost at 8pm at night so our luck wasn't grand. Some were too far away, others didn't have anyone available, one seemed downright sketchy to us so we quickly backed out. This led us to RMP towing. From start to finish the owner and office lady we're absoulutely a breath of fresh air. When we called it was very calming which was so great to have, even though I am used to my vehicles temper tantrums it still gives me a fright. We didnt mind that they were an hour and a half out. They instructed us on where and how to leave the keys. We decided to walk home figuring most tow trucks we had seen only had one seat. We weren't far though so it wasnt bad. We got a call when they were a few minutes away and seeing my vehicle safely up on the tow truck was a relief. They even adjusted how they were going to drop it because we asked for them to place it a certain way. They were very accommodating. We even learned that the owner himself was the one taking calls all day. This was shocking to hear considering the friendliness we experienced. Most companies are cranky with you by 8pm. It was such a delightful experience. Even getting my car down was done in a safe way considering she wouldnt turn on. We had about a 10 minute conversation about the vehicle too and ones he had just like it. We didnt realize this company also did repairs. He had mentioned that it sounded like the starter had went out. Had the other issues my vehicle exhibited not happened He would have been spot on with his guess. But because she was misfiring and had been running when she started to blow up it was inaccurate. I really wish it was a starter. Would be so much simpler. Haha. But anyway long story short I believe my motor decided to do what it did so we could find RMP towing. We will only ever call them in the future. And for the reason behind the company, you are doing that reason very proud. Great people all around. Don't even look anywhere else for a tow. The RMP team is absoulutely worth it. The pricing is also very reasonable.

The day my vehicle was hit and the insurance claim was submitted to take it to Ciocca Collision of York, they called me within the hour to send out there tow truck to pick up the vehicle.
Through out the repair process (roughly a month) they kept me fully informed. Call and texted me with updates and important information. They had a couple of hiccups with the parts they received (not there fault) but they made absolutely sure that the parts they received were of 100% quality and damage free.
The service manager reached out to let me know of a couple options they could go with the repair. They warned me that it would probably not be 100% matched correctly since some pieces on the car that weren't being replaced were previously damaged or just impossible to blend which I accepted and understood clearly.
They did say it wouldn't look perfect from closer than 10 feet
However, they lied. They absolutely nailed it.
Even with a trained eye it is extremely difficult to detect that the door of my car was replaced. I will 100% be taking any future vehicles for repair to Ciocca Collision of York.
Even the staff that spoke to me at the desk to get me my car back were extremely kind and helpful.”

Nate, the tow truck driver, explained everything while working on my car, and made sure that I was aware of all the potential costs. Once at the shop, Alex went out of his way to call multiple tire sellers so that I could continue with my trip as soon as possible. The issue was fixed sooner than I expected for a very reasonable price. Having a blowout while out of town totally sucked, but I am so thankful that these guys took care of my issue. Thanks!”

“Our family has had hitches installed at this location many times and they never disappoint. It is decently affordable, all the people working there are friendly with the customers and have a good repour with each other.
With all of the hitches, we've had one for over 5 years now, with it being used for frequent trailer hauling and dealing with rough terrain and it has stood the test of time with minimal rust and no damage. Having one installed today, I was very impressed with the quality of work the gentleman showed, taking his time and making sure the modifications (having to cut the lower part of the bumper for the hitch to clear, as well as the requisite tying into the existing tail light wires for the trailer connector) were clean and basically unnoticeable.
I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and would recommend anyone who needs a hitch installed to use them, as you will be leaving with a quality product and a lifetime warranty to boot.”
